Customer service was great - The operator that took my call was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. The plumber that arrived was friendly and knowledgeable.

Benjamin Franklin has proven to be reliable, courteous, consistent, and of high value. I certainly recommend them and will have them at the top of the list for future plumbing needs.

The technician was prompt and completed the job unless than an hour.

Called back quickly and did a good job on the installation, but was way too expensive! Around $600 just to install a gas stove!

They fixed the leak in my pipe, and they were very courteous on the phone. However they are pricey and don't do any of the patch work after they put a hole in your ceiling, so you have to call someone elsr to do that repair. It was $118 just to look for the leak. I would go with someone cheaper next time.

The person who called after getting my SM request said the $74 visit fee would be included if I accepted the quote & had the work done. The plumber who came said it applied in addition to a $118 fee to find the leak, which took him about 5 minutes, plus the fee to reset the toilet. He waived the $74 fee after I insisted 3 times that I was told by the office it didn't apply. Don't like the flat fee pre-pricing structure they use that applies regardless of the complexity of the job.

Very professional, courteous sn knowledgeable. Installed water powered backup sumppump that works when my power goes out and the primary pump that they also installed does not operate. Real peace of mind. 5 year warranty on pumps.

Carlos from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was wonderful to deal with, courteous, quick, efficient, clean, and showed up exactly when he said he would. I am completely satisfied with the work he did for me.

They were way too expensive. I had a toilet the kept running. They completed the job, but convinced me that if I didn't do more than just fix the toilet there would be other problems later on. So they replaced the toilet valves, stems and whatever toilet related fixtures they could find and then charged a price that was so high I could have just purchased a brand new toilet!

I am not happy with your service. First of all your plumber arrived around 6:00pm, however he was schedule between 3-5 and I had to leave work early to be at home. The problem is not resolved even for a bit and I am not happy with your service at all. I want you to send someone who really can take care of the problem. I paid $240.00 and got nothing.

Plumber sold me a $600.00 toilet rebuild yet during the rebuild process he showed me that all that was wrong was that all the nuts under the bowl were only hand tight. This toilet rebuild was pushed in spite of fact that the toilet was only eight years old and float valve had been replaced five years ago. I feel professional honesty was lacking and I don't feel trustful in their integrity to have this plumbing service again.
