Excellent!!

Very quick to reply to emergency. Showed up next day. Added pan and alarm that previous installer said they couldnt. Very courteous and respectful. Was above and beyond expectations! The only small issue was that they were unable to show up near estimated time and didnt contact us, but after leaving a message, called back soon after and updated expected arrival time.

Jacked up price after demo of existing water heater

Nothing but praise for the Hot Water Express team. The 17 year old water heater at my moms house sprang a leak on a Tuesday evening and we had a fun time cleaning and drying the basement. I placed a request for assistance (Angi/HomeAdvisor) on Wednesday morning. Al from Hot Water Express got back to me within minutes. He asked several probing questions about the situation and had a very reasonable quote to me shortly thereafter. On the very same day, he and his assistant Jeremy visited my mom's house and knocked out the new system install within a few hours. WSSC came out a few days later and inspected the install and verified what I already knew ... these guys do exceptional work. Many thanks to Al, Jeremy and Earl. I have the peace of mind that my mom is not going to have any hot water issues in the foreseeable future.

The Tech Al provided an accurate quote, arrived on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. He was thorough, cleaned everything up, instructed me on how to operate and manage the new hot water heater and provided some tips. He was polite and worked to get the job completed quickly.

My experience is that they were good at what they did. My one complaint was the price. I do not know what is cost to find a electrical feed. But the price seem a little high to me.

Early bird gets the worm. I sent requests out after 2200 on Wednesday and by 0300 these guys were responding with an automated service. They called @ 0730 Thursday and said they could begin installing a new water heater by 0900. The other people began calling around 1200 as the job was being finished. Time is money.

Great customer service with absolutely no pressure

It was great finding Washington Home Doctor Inc. Our water heater started to leak. We found them on Angi.com. The next day the company installed a new energy efficient water heater. The gentleman were on time and professional. One week later they were hired again to replace a copper pipe. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
