My LG washing machine kept giving E6 error (i.e. drum failing to turn). Called Reddix left voicemail. Called back next day made appointment. He quoted $60 for truck roll plus $20 per 15 minutes. Said it should only cost $80 for diagnosis. Showed up on time. Quickly determined clutch motor was bad. Ordered new one returned few days later after part arrived installed within 30 minutes. Charged $46 for part and $40 for labor. He was very professional, prompt, knew his stuff, didn't waste any time. I would use him again.

Our initial phone call was returned promptly. The problem was explained and Mr. Reddix advised us that it can be easily fixed if he could get the spare parts. He got the parts, called us to set up appointment and 2 days later the dishwasher that has been wobbly for a while was fixed.

Reddix diagnosed the problem, gave me the price, ordered the part, and returned two days later, as promised, and fix the oven.

He diagnosed the problem -removed the problem part and the new part is on order to be replaced in about a week or so.
It is not an easy part to locate and needs to be rebuilt.
We are very pleased with him and his company and highly recommend him

He is wonderful. He came out on time. I told him what the problem was when I called so he had an idea. He came out and looked at it. Since he knew what was wrong from my call, he went to his truck and got the part. He installed the pump. The pump went bad. I haven't had any problem since. He brought a bucket, because I had water and stuff in it. The main thing was, he was prepared. He was on time, had a reasonable cost, and did what he said he was going to do. I haven't had any problems since then either. The price was less than I thought it was going to be. It functions fine. He was clean, sharp, and efficient. I was amazed he came out pretty quickly. He does a lot of other things too, because he used to be a jet mechanic. I was impressed with him.

The technician replaced my gasket and charged me as quoted. He did a great job and further more supplied me with information on the care and maintenance of front loading wash machines. He was professional.

We spent $115 for the service and then they had to come back and order some parts and that was $80. I thought their price was fair. They call back when you leave a message. We used them for several years.

Tony is one of the few appliance repairmen in the DC Metro region who services Bosch clothes washers in the District. His job was to trouble-shoot whether or not my clothes washer was leaking, and he determined that it in fact was not, as the problem was isolated to a drainage pipe that was clogged from air conditioning condensation. This repair was handled by a separate contractor, but Tony worked in tandem with the plumbers to isolate the real problem. Tony was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, fast, and clean. He performed his trouble-shooting role perfectly. There are less than five appliance repair companies that I could find that would service a Bosch clothes washer in DC and have an excellent grade on Angie's List, so I felt I was lucky to find him.

He was extremely good about giving and estimate. He came exactly when he said he would. He had to come back because he was sent the wrong part and he did not charge me for the follow up. He was competent. He was neat. It couldn't have gone better. His prices were very reasonable.

The company's representatives came at the scheduled time and told me after 15 minutes of checking the dryer that when someone had closed the outside vent cover, it had jammed the outside vent flap. They unplugged the flap and the dryer works fine.

Most recently he fixed an ice-maker; Tony has repaired stoves, refrigerators, and washing machines for us over the past five years. He can always figure out what is wrong. He is extremely knowledgeable about different brands and he has always succeeded in getting the things fixed. He is also honest about telling you when something isn't worth repairing.
