Mr. Patrick came ahead of scheduled time. He was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me and my children (young adults) about the sump pump. He cleaned up the area even better than it was originally. Finally, the price was very affordable! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Mr. Wilson is amazing. He is honest and fair. My sump pump had stopped working, and he also discovered that the previous owner had illegally redirected the sump pump and that is all I will say. The water was sitting under the house which was why my carpet was wet. He replaced the pump and connected the sump correctly to the original drainage system. The amount of water that came from under the house was crazy. He saved us from major flooding and a fine because no one had ever told us, not even the inspector, that this was a bad set up and out of code. He gave us a great deal.

This company had so many good reviews that I felt like I had no choice but to trust them. Glad I did. Patrick returned my call promptly, got me scheduled and was here within the designated time. He was genuinely friendly, offered his insight and explained everything about the issue and gave us tips on future maintenance to prevent clogging. Then He jumped right into it. He's a good natured guy who seems to love what he does and is good at it. He pointed out another issue we had and told me exactly how much he'd charge to fix it. Though I hadn't planned to expend more it made sense to fix it as it was a leak we'd been dealing with for over a year. I appreciated his up front pricing and when the job was successfully done I knew it was money well spent. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 for value has nothing to do with him but was because this was an unbudgeted expense. In my head I had one ceiling and we went over it by $100. But that's because of the leak he fixed. But I highly recommend him to anyone with a clogged drain.

Mr. Wilson is awesome. He called before arriving as scheduled. He assessed the problem and explained what he was doing. He was easy to talk to and respected my home by not making a mess. The price was right and he worked quickly efficiently. Will definitely use him in the future. I'm extremely satisfied.

Pat the technician who inspected our old pump and installed the new one was excellent. He was on time, explained exactly what he was doing, what I need to look for in terms of keeping the pump operational and even gave directions on how I could probably install the pump myself if I ever had to replace it again. By far he provided the best customer service I have had since owning this hour for the past 9 years. I definitely recommend Drain Pro and if given a choice of technicians I would ask for Pat again.

Patrick, the owner of Drain Pro Services is the best plumber we have ever had. He corrected the cause of our basement sink clog, plus took care of a few other plumbing issues caused by our previous plumber. He was also able to modify our new plumbing fixtures to work properly due to manufacturer error. He also gave us free advice and assistance to keep our basement shower and sink drains flowing. Did a great job, and didn't leave until the problem was taken care of.

Although they were unable to clean out the French drain because it is corrugated plastic and not PVC, they were able to fix my second clogged pipe. Patrick was extremely professional, he accurately diagnosed the problem, cleaned the drain, and lay new pipe. He kept me apprised of his progress at all time. Clean up was perfect. I would hire Patrick again.

As soon as I made the request on HomeAdvisor, he called me very quickly. He came to my house and treated it as it was his own. He was also able to spot some imperfections that some other professionals had done incorrectly and fix that for me with no additional charge. I felt comfortable with him the entire time.

Patrick was WONDERFUL! I called him this morning (Saturday) he called me right back and came over within 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, sweet, efficient, and completely cleaned up after himself. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues for a long time, but if I do, I will 100 % call him!!! Mr. P. Wilson was very professional in every aspect of this job. He cleared a clogged drain in my bath room and returned a couple of days later to installed a bathroom toilet I couldn't have asked for a better person/company. The technician called promptly to confirm my appointment and also when he was in route. He was very familiar with the plumbing issues in my Levitt home and was able to clear the drain quickly.
