Excellent service by Lakendra, who repaired our dishwasher. She was professional, friendly, efficient and exceptionally tidy on the two occasions she came. She was right on time and kept us informed regarding her time of arrival. Highly recommend Lakendra!

The job was done efficiently . Gregory did an excellent job with my fridge and explained to me patiently the issue of my fridge. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of the work that he does. I was touched when he helped me with my light bulbs which was not part of his job. He installed it for me when I mentioned that I just had surgery. What a great guy! I recommend him highly.

DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Was under warranty, so had to go with them, but kept changing time of visit, wouldn't answer calls, unexplained office closings, etc. Took three weeks to replace an igniter.

Lake sea, the technician was very nice and professional. She seemed to do a good job reattaching the dryer vent but if it doesnâ t hold I have a 6 month warranty. That is good to know.

The best repair service ever. My LG refrigerator went dead and I'm extremely thankful that repairmen Gregory and Brian was able to bring it back to great working form. They were both professional and knowledgeable about the issues. I would definitely recommend this company because of their expertise. I think this is the best appliance repair company I've ever used. They answered the phone on the first call, scheduled a same day appliance repair and completed the repair with parts they anticipated they would need. Their pricing is upfront and very reasonable. They go above and beyond what I've ever experienced with other companies.

This company does everything and anything. Customer service is excellent. Technicians are extremely knowledgable and professional. We have a refrigerator where the factory manual has errors. This company was able to make the correct diagnosis, obtain the correct part and share this information with the manufacturer. We are very grateful for this expertise. Refrigerators have become mini-computers and this team stays focused until the job is done. It is hard to go without a refrigerator, especially during this pandemic. Thank you Tru Appliance for helping us. Job well done.

It was an initial visit and they are returning on July 30th to actually repaire the appliances.

They were able to determine what was wrong with my refrigerator over the phone and brought the parts to make the repair. Service man was knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived within the time window they scheduled. The cost was fair and I feel they did a lot for the flat labor fee. Will definitely call them for repairs again.

They were very proactive and took the initiative to get model and serial numbers in advance, check on parts and then schedule when the parts came in so it could all get done in one visit. Very friendly and responsive both by phone and text.

Repairman arrived on time, found the issue quickly, and resolved it on same visit, while making recommendations for future care. He also made recommendations that it would be cheaper to replace appliance rather than get into future repairs; which included help in finding a good replacement at a local reseller, at a good price. He went beyond the call.

We, unfortunately, had a pretty bad experience with this company. The technician had to come 3 times to finally get our dryer fixed. We were given time windows that were never respected. First time he should have been at our place between 8-12 and arrived at 1pm. Second time he was supposed to be here with the new parts for the dryer 4:30-6pm and showed up at 8pm with a part missing. Third time he should have been here between 8-12 , showed up close to 1pm with the wrong part, left and came back around 6pm. The dispatcher wouldnt let us know until late what was going on, my husband and I lost a lot of time just waiting for that technician. We both made sure to be home on those time frames, for nothing. I must say I am not pleased at all. We trusted the previous customers reviews but were very disappointed.
