Very easy to work with... Gave me a time they'd be here, and called before they showed up... Already had the part to replace based on what I explained the problem was, and it only took 15 minutes once I gave the ok. Extremely pleasant, and explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed.

Very helpful that technician came on a Sunday.He fixed my washer quickly.

The initial response was very fast. They came out same or next day (I don't remember) and diagnosed the problem. From there on out service was terrible. I had to hound them every step of the way to do what they said they were going to do, and to this day, two weeks later, my problem isn't fixed. Worse, they now don't answer my calls or emails. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Everything was going great, until their supplier sold my part to another party. They called, letting me know they had to order another part, expedited, and that it will be here next week. I've already been without my washing machine for two weeks, with them doing two temporary repairs. I informed them that it was not smart for them to rely on a supplier who sells people's parts to other parties. Informed them that I would be giving them a poor review on HomeAdvisor. It's unfortunate because the workers seem competent, but this is unacceptable in my opinion and has greatly increased my stress, and now I have to go to the Laundromat on my weekend off, all because of their supplier. Thanks a lot, Cool Guys!
