Cool Guys is a compamy I would recommend for appliance repair. Mr Cool Guy is very knowledgeable about his profession. His attitude is very pleasant and he doesn't mind sharing some of his experience about simple repairs. I give Cool Guys the highest recommendation as experienced appliances repairers

Said they could work on sub zero. After they saw it they couldn't but they didn't charge me a service call.

The tech arrived well within the service window and, within 5 minutes, had diagnosed the pproblem, which was embarrassingly simple to fix. He even spot checked to make sure there were no other minor problems. And the price was extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend this company.

I hired them to work on 3 appliances the dishwaher was repaired properly but both the ordered parts for the over and cooktop (work was paid for) never was done and repeated phone calls and emails were ignored. Contacted credit card company to handle dispute for failed services

Excellent customer service all the way around. Made the call on Friday afternoon to repair our electric dryer. A real person answered right away and took all pertinent info. Appt set for noon-3pm on Saturday. Received a call at 11:30 from our technician, Greg, that he would arrive at noon. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem to ensure he could make it to the parts store by 1 pm. Returned and finished the job. Greg was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly - really a pleasure to have in our home. He explained the repairs and was able to complete them for significantly less $ than we expected. We are so pleased that we found Cool Guys and chose to repair our dryer rather than replace it.

Service was prompt and friendly.

My technician answered my call late in the evening and came within a very short time to stop water from leaking from my fridge. He was so courteous and took the time to temporarily remedy the problem until he could return the next day with the correct parts. He knew I was worried that the water was about to ruin my new floor and made sure it didn't. The technician returned promptly the next day as promised. I was very pleased with service, pleasant and professional technicians, and reasonable cost. I definitely would recommend this company.

The technician was more than professional and courteous! Total time was less an 90 minutes! They are the BEST experience for services we EVER had! My husband not only worked as a service technician in HVAC-R, but taught it! He really knows the business and what it takes to truly care, repair, and make a client satisfied. On top of the service technician having to get parts, we received a great price! COOL GUYS are the BEST! Their prices are the best. We called a another repair place and they wanted over $130.00 for the first 60 minutes NOT INCLUDING parts and labor! We DEFINITELY will call COOL GUYS if we need future service! Cool Guys, you have a lifetime customer!

They are not clear on their billing policy. Said that there would not be a labor charge unless they ordered a part did not order parts and still charged me for labor. Then they charged labor 75 dollars for each appliance. Then did not call back to address the pro with my husband

My service technician was there a short period of time, and knew just how to fix my washing machine. I was glad I contacted your organization.

They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and fixed it soon thereafter...I'd hire them again...

Work performed was excellent and service tech was very professional. However, there was a major problem with the time commitment. They were supposed to be here between 3-5 Friday and didn't call or show up. I had to call several times just to find out what was going on. Tech finally called around 9 PM. We scheduled for 2:00 sharp the next day and he showed at 3:30. They were not at all considerate of my time.

Worked very hard to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. They ordered the parts and gave me turn-key pricing. No one else was flexible - some would install - but wanted me to order the part. Others wouldn't order the part until they came out to diagnose.... Long story short, they did it, did it quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks!

That I was given one person to call me instead of a lot of people calling me non stop.

I was able to schedule service for the next day without an "emergency" charge. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the bill was less than our quoted charge! We will definitely use them in the future!
