This is a property management service company. After moving in I have had a rough time dealing with the president of the company whom was also the rental agent. He really wants nothing more to do with the deal as to provide service on the property that I have rented since he has closed the deal and he makes no extra money providing property management services. Other than the fee he gets contractually from the homeowner.. . One condition upon moving in was to paint a bedroom. The room was painted, however, the closets weren't. His response was that I didn't specify that they should also be painted.They are in the same room. He also informed me that now that I am a tenant that I need to get used to different service standards. I am paying 10,000.00 a month rental on this property. I would think that a high standard would already be in place. Secondly, the coat closet near the front door. It has a hydraulic odor in it from elevator equipment. His response to fixing it was that the owner doesn't feel as though its an issue therefore live with it. Well, it is my issue and a request to move into a new usable clean house was a condition of rental. I just find this company's apathy towards my requests intolerable. The propert management company president wrote me an email that he represents the owner and not me. There was no other agent. I rented it from him, the owner of the company, so therefore is he not my agent?? This basically was told to me that I am unrepresented? I do not agree with this statement. I would not recommend their services to anyone. My requests are pushed aside and basically ignored. I am sure some people think that they are a great service provider. I am here to post that I would not reccommend them based upon my current experience.
Description of Work: This is a property management service company. After moving in I have had several issues with appliances , odors, water pressure, alarms, doors, debris. Request to rectify the situation have been delayed, pushed aside, and refused. basically, if its too hard then they were dismissed.

Excellent. Not overpriced, but not inexpensive either. But I think you get the full value of Tom's significant experience and knowledge.
Description of Work: I needed an estate appraisal for several pieces of jewelry. Tom Terpilak was extremely knowledgeable, and wonderfully pleasant and professional to deal with. I also felt he was very trustworthy -- his mom works in the shop with him !
