Description of Work: I hired URI to perform a large number of mid sized jobs at my residence. They represented a remediation in the kitchen of a burst pipe including replacement of drywall, cabinetry, plumbing, etc. I also had them do a significant number of deferred maintenance items ( like redoing floors, room painting, caulking, minor repairs) I also had them make some new improvements to the house ( deck lighting, crown molding, etc) the biggest part of the job was significant outside work in scraping, reprinting, and painting the brick on the entire north side of the house. |This was the second time I had used URI for a major effort. I was so pleased with Robert and his team the first time, that I had no hesitation in using him again. They did not disappoint. Their performance was outstanding in every sense. I gave them the key to the house and they worked mostly while I traveled. Perfect results. Very happy. |They are not the cheapest guys in town, but you can trust them to do it right both technically and professionally. I will use them again

 + -1 moreI HAD THEM DO A PRETTY EXTENSIVE PROJECT OF A KITCHEN, AND 2 BATHROOMS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL, BUT I HAD A FEW DETAILS THAT I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH, I WOULD MOST LIKELY USE THEM AGAIN THOUGH.
