Description of Work: We had replacement windows by Kelemer brothers several years ago. We were thrilled with the product and service back then. Then we did some work on our home and our contractor got rid of one of the screens to a window. We called the Kelemer brothers who came out, measured, ordered a new screen and delivered it. They customer service was superb. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly highly recommend Kelemer brothers. You can’t go wrong with a crew like this! Thank you!

Description of Work: They installed 21 double-hung vinyl windows and we very satisfied. They got everything done in one day and were very professional. They were the cheapest quote that we got and even gave us a discount for not using a credit card. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: "I went with Kelemer Brothers because of the owner, Gabriel and because of the Vytex windows they sell. They were not the least expensive although their warranty more than made up for any small difference. They also did not charge extra as is typical for removing windows in an old house with lead paint. Gabriel worked hard for the contract but was not pushy and he did not play games. He promised that the factory could get our windows ready and they could install them within 5 weeks which was important so our house could be featured in a local home tour. His crew was exceedingly polite and tidy. In fact I think they were the cleanest contractors I've ever hired. There wasn't a speck of debris, paint, wood or anything left behind. |I highly recommend A Better House without reservation. "

Description of Work: Gabriel Kelemer was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We used an Angie's List coupon through his company to replace our basement windows and two exterior doors. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone seeking to replace their windows/doors. The wait time was less than a month to install the windows. Since we had a custom made door, it took a bit longer than a month to install the doors. Gabriel made sure to keep us updated with production status and gave us a firm schedule for installation. To top his great customer service, Gabriel gave us a bottle of wine when the job was done to express his gratitude for our business. Highly unusual and incredibly generous. Great company!

Description of Work: They were very good. Our appointment was reschedules many times, due to weather and or/their own schedule. I called them back for one window that wasn't cleaned adequately, only to have them point out that the window was scratched and damaged and unsightly because of it. We since have replaced it. The sliders opened the opposite way and they came back out and flipped them so that it would work better for me. They did not charge me anything extra to do this. They completed the job quickly and their workers were very nice. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were willing to come back as often as needed with any issues regarding caulking. They did not have an aggressive sales pitch. I was particular about low VOC, environmentally friendly product, and they were very accommodating for that request. Overall, I'm very happy with the windows and the service. I've had a couple issues with the windows over the next year and they always responded to my calls immediately, came over personally to my home to look at the problem, and resolved it quickly for no charge. My only complaint is that I wished they would have cleaned up better after the installation -- they left some whole shards of glass in my living room and there was a lot of debris left on my roof and around the garden beds. I suppose it may have been b/c it was such a large job (20 windows were like 90% of the windows in my home) and it was late and getting dark by the time they were finishing up. But still.
Description of Work: They replaced 20 windows with triple pane double hung replacement windows. I had estimates from five different companies and they were the best priced for triple pane windows. They did all of the work in one day.
