Beyond my expectations! Arrived promptly at the scheduled time, job was completed at the promised time, clean up was excellent and best of all we have windows that open and close and they are beautiful. The quality of the product is excellent and look forward to being warm and cozy this winter in our home. We also feel that the pricing was fair, no hard sell either. From the moment we spoke to Gabriel to when the last window was installed, the process was smooth and professional. Gabriel was attentive and didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. He recommended some changes based on the elevation of our house and it's made a huge difference in the home's temp. The installers are all employees and are incredibly professional. They are efficient and very responsive. They installed everything in one day and came back for tweaks without any hesitation. I'd hire them again in a second and I've already recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

The range in quotes to replace windows and doors vary dramatically. Their quote was reasonable for good quality products without paying extra for a huge sales push.

We were concerned about one very small bedroom and how they were going to install a window w/o having to remove some furniture. Not only did they not have to move any furniture, but they also brought in small vacuum cleaners, brooms, and dustpans to clean up their mess in each room. On their website, they have a tutorial about how to buy windows and what to look for. The windows we bought are the kind that can be washed from the inside -- very convenient. We bought "middle-of-the-road" windows. Oh, and there's no such thing as a $100.00 window. Read their tutorial and you'll understand. Also, the warranty is transferrable to the next homeowner.

The Kelemer brothers assured us that their windows were efficient and that they would welcome the opportunity to provide us a pressure free presentation and estimate. They lived up to their pledge. Gabriel arrived punctually and spent time with us providing us with information, not a sales pitch. During our initial meeting, and throughout the process, Gabriel was receptive to both our practical and aesthetic concerns. We were impressed with his personable, professional manner and the assurance that the installation would be completed by a crew that had been doing his installations for many years. Gabriel demonstrated patience with us over the next few weeks as we tried to determine the best color for our windows and went out of his way to provide us with samples to help us with this decision. Throughout the process, he responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The actual installation process took two days, and the installation crew was both efficient and meticulous. Gabriel showed up each of the days to check on things and spent time with us at the conclusion of the installation reviewing the features of our new windows and reminding us to call if we ever had any issues with a window.

Easiest home repair ever, thanks to Kelemer Brothers. No high pressure sale, clear pricing and window quality information. Excellent installation by highly skilled professionals and great follow up by Kelemer Brothers. AC and heat bills much reduced and windows look awesome! Highly recommend Kelemer Brothers for outstanding product and service. If you need windows and want a quality window and great result, they are your go-to window replacement company.

They're are great communicators and they highly value word-of-mouth business and recommendations. The work was done on time and looks great. No problems. The warranty is excellent. It is also transferable to the next owner. They even came to my house to check out the work and explain anything you need to know about your windows. They keep in contact after the job is complete to be sure it was done right. Highly recommend!

It couldn't have gone any better. The Kelemer brothers showed up when they said they would, finished the job quickly but professionally and Gabriel one of the owners came by afterwards to inspect the work. Rarely anymore does an owner come by to inspect the install. Would highly recommend them and will use them again!

The window replacement went very well. Two workers showed up a few minutes early and finished on time. Compared to several other estimates, the price was very good, and the quality of work was impressive. We went with a "mid-grade" window (VyTex Fortis) which Joe Kelemer recommended based on a conversation about what our goals were for the new windows and our house as a whole.

They are very good. I used them for both of my condos -- I don't remember the years -- and now they are going to be doing my house.

From the first time Gabriel came by to explain the process and give our estimate, to the end of the installation, he was informative, professional, prompt, and answered all of our questions. No dog and pony show, he explained the windows and installation process and did measurements in one visit. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up everything. The total job was less than seven hours! At completion, Gabriel inspected every window with my wife to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend them to everyone else.

It was top notch. I highly recommend them. There was no pressure on the sales side. They just give you enough information to make educated comparisons.

After obtaining several estimates, we came down to two. Comparing a similar product, Kelemer's estimate was a bit less than our second choice contractor. Kelemer's near 100% A on Angie's was indeed part of the deciding factor, as well as feeling comfortable with Joseph, the co-owner. Joseph was extremely professional. He checked on the crew daily and called when weather prohibited working. On the first day, during taping and protecting the furniture, some damage was done to the wallpaper in the master bedroom. Joseph immediately took responsibility, sent out a wallpaper hanger the next day and covered the replacement cost. I made it known that my expectation on the exterior was to not see nails, screws, or anything less than great caulking associated with the aluminum capping. At my behest, and after I looked up the color code, Joseph was able to locate the exact match of the old Alcoa trim. This was important to us, as we have quality architecture style siding and contrasting color trim. Other contractors simply asked us to choose from a limited brochure. Most of the caulking was done by the guy Joseph considered to be his best. It came out looking great. All in all, we were quite pleased with job.

They did a fantastic job from the beginning of the process through the final installation. Joe did a nice job reviewing the window options and demonstrating the windows after the installation. He is very service oriented and has great communication skills. The installation team did a very good job and was pleasant. They showed up on time and did a nice job cleaning up. The windows were installed sooner then promised. I was very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them. I also like hiring a family business rather then one of the big window companies.

Excellent. Joe Kelemer was great. Provided great advice and made sure job was done just as he quoted. Met with me before and after to walk me through the process. I had a minor crack appear after install and he made sure to get it repaired within a couple of weeks. Very happy with the product and the service.

Gabriel was so kind and helpful when it came to the entire process. When he came to quote me, I let him know I didn't have the time to go through the whole "Window Selling Process" and he was so respectful, measured, explained a few details and quoted me. In addition to windows, I also purchased one door. When I explained that I was considering a screen door, he shared a different kind of door, where I can open the window. He said it was more cost-effective and may be what I'm looking for. On the day of the install, Gabriel brought my flowers, which was very sweet. His guys were kind, courteous of my space, and shared some stories and jokes with me. They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I am thrilled with my new windows and my door. Looking forward to working with them, again, on some French doors that also need to be replaced.

Was very pleased with the entire process. Joe came out and did a great, no pressure quote. He took his time to explain and demonstrate the windows. We got several quotes from reputable companies and their price was at or near the best without all the typical sales tactics (e.g., is your spouse going to be there?). Our experience with Joe combined with the reviews we saw on several sites were what drove our decision. We signed the contract electronically and it couldn't have been easier. Joe set realistic expectations around timing and it ended up being even a bit sooner. In fact, he asked it we minded a Sunday installation. That was great for us. Joe showed up with a 2 man team as scheduled. Once we were set, Joe left. The guys were polite and professional. And, I had a relative who was interested in the installation process. They were patient as I was snapping photos and emailing and then conveying verbal questions over the phone around the approach they were using. Joe showed back up mid-day with lunch for the crew. It seemed that he really cared about their needs and I'm a big believer that how you treat your employees translates into how they treat customers and the care they show in their work. It was a long day, with installation finishing as it was getting dark - I think it was somewhere between 6.30 and 7.30 pm. Joe came back and spent time walking around to each window with us to make sure we were happy and to explain how all the mechanisms worked. They cleaned up thoroughly both inside and out. A day later we had a question and Joe called us right back. We've had the windows for a couple of months now and are very happy. Can't recommend this company enough based on our experience.

Kelemer Brothers just finished my window replacements 12 in total. The process was smooth from beginning to end, starting with a conversation with Joe to Gabriel coming out on a Sunday to discuss options and pricing. The conversations and information presented was straight forward without the high pressure selling tactics of organizations like Window Nations & Thompson Creek (which I spoke to both). I was informed of the various options and the timeframe for ordering and installation. The installation went very smooth from my perspective. I say from my perspective because the installation crew arrived on one of the coldest and windy days so far this year. The professional installation team set out to install and encountered less than ideal conditions as to how my original windows had been installed. Nevertheless they accomplished the task, cleaned up after the installation and did a great job. The crew was very professional and courteous, and respected my home during the process. I am very pleased with the pre-sale, sale and installation and highly recommend Kelemer Brothers! Great job guys!

Great - Joe was very informative from the initial phone call. He was able to come out the very same day to show me the windows and measure and give me a price. The pricing was very affordable and I am pleased with the quality of the windows. There was excellent communication throughout. The crew of 3 were great and the installation went well. The new windows look great and make a huge difference in the appearance of the house. I would highly recommend them and will use them when I decided to replace my door.

Great! Gabriel (Kelemer) visited our house, made some suggestions and walked us through the process. At no time did we feel we were being "sold to". About 5 week later, the windows/doors were installed. It took two days and Gabriel showed up both days to check on the installation progress. Follow up service was very good, as two windows were missing the grids in the sashes. They were promptly re-ordered and installed. We are very pleased & recommend you contact Kelemer Brothers for window & door needs!

We had a great experience with them. We got a referral from someone to contact them, saying that they talked to a bunch of people and these people were very good and reasonably priced. They did a really good job. We had a problem with the screen in one window that was sticking a little bit and we called them eight months after. They did it in the winter time and we had not put the screen in and when we put the screen in in the spring, it stuck a little bit. We called them and they came right away and replaced it. No question. No problem. No charge. They were very reasonably priced, very professional, timely. They came out and did all the work in the time that they said. It was a major job and it was done very quickly. We really thought they were great.
