Mike Elicker has been my pest control person for several years. He is responsive, considerate, professional, accommodating and an expert in dealing with any pest problem thatâ s come my way. And on top of that a very nice person. I would highly recommend Mike and this company to anyone.

We have had the same technician for a very long time. Mike K has always been professional, courteous, and on time. He knows our names and remembers things about our family. That extra bit of care goes a long way. Also, we know that the service works. We've always been satisfied.

Called Ehrlich and a mice issue I had in my home. Field technician Jake came over to the house and asked questions pertaining to the issue. Jake did a once over of the area where the mice were found, set up traps and did a thorough inspection of the area. Set a follow up for two weeks later. Jake arrived and showed him the areas where the mice were caught in traps. Jake did a walk around of the exterior of the property and set up traps on the perimeter of the home. Set a follow up and Jake came back and found areas where bait was consumed. Upon further investigation and areas of droppings, Jake determined this was an point of entry in the home. Went down into the basement and saw a 1à ¢à  à  gap in the pvc piping for a sump pump that gap filler has dissolved over the years. Jake was able to fill the gap and made a tight seal between the pvc pipe and the wood on the exterior of the home. All work was done professionally and to my satisfaction . Just to ensure this corrected the issue, reset traps in exterior and interior of the home and set one last follow up site visit. All service calls and support covered under original service call. Jake even responded to my text messages with updates on findings in between visits. Heà ¢à  à  s dedicated to his job. Very happy with Jake and Ehrlich. Thanks. Tony T
