The provider performed service while I was at work, but I received an email notifying me they were coming the morning of the service as had been previously explained. I came home to a detailed explanation of work performed in my mailbox, and received a follow up email a few days later asking if I had any questions/concerns regarding the services. Since the work was performed, it has snowed/rained three times and I have had no water leakage from the gutters and not a drop of water under my basement door. I could not be more thrilled!

Excellent, they charge extra for covered gutters, but very reasonable. Great job!

I purchased a special for $119 through Angies List, and there was an additional charge because we have gutter covers. Weather delayed the work by a couple of weeks, but that was certainly not the company's fault. They were very courteous and kept communications open from the time I signed up all the way until the work was done, and even followed up afterward for feedback. The workers were prompt and did a thorough job. No repairs were recommended.

Scheduling was very easy. They called the day before to confirm the time they would be there and they showed up promptly the next day. The 2 techs were very professional and did a great job. They had to work outside the house and in spite of today being the coldest day in the last 20 years they did what they had to and did not take any shortcuts. There was a lot of lint in the dryer vent and they cleaned it all out. After they were done they vacuumed the entire area. When they put it all back together they shortened the vent so that it was not twisted as it was when they arrived.

Cleaned from outside vent first and blew lint off porch. Cleaned the dryer lint catcher and removed the exhaust hose from back of dryer cleared line from the inside. vaccummed the floor in the laundry room. Took 20 minutes. The exhaust line was probably 15 - 20 feet long and given the time it took to clean, think the cost was a bit pricey. The two individuals preforming the task were professional. They arrived within the window set by the owner (Gus), which was a bit tight given that I had to leave by 1100 (twenty minutes after they finished. All in all it worked out ok and other than maybe checking others recommended by Angie for a better price, I'd use this company again.

They were booked 2-3 weeks out by the time I bought the Big Deal and then had to reschedule 2 or 3x because of snow and rain. The only issue I had was it cost an additional $35 because I had about 12 feet of roof that was a little more difficult to get to. I was disappointed in that, but at least he prepared me for it over the phone when he looked my house up on google maps.

Went well. Service was provided as advertised.

Service was great. They came when expected, did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Second time using them, and we'll be sure to use them again.

I hired Chesapeake through a special deal on Angie's List and ran into a couple "fine print" challenges. First, I have a slate roof, which was not mentioned in the ad's fine print, but which, according to the scheduler, added to the cost. Second, when the workers came out to actually clean the gutters they told me I have gutter helmets on a section of the front of the house, and these, too, added to the cost. The process was pretty messy and the guys did a fairly good job of cleaning up.

We had a few false starts due to weather (early December snow delayed the service) but they stayed in contact the whole time via e-mail. I e-mailed them several times and received responses very quickly. Once they were able to do the service, everything went well, they even reattached areas of the gutter that were coming loose. I was very happy with their service.

We hired Chesapeake Property Services for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were very responsive, punctual and professional. They explained what they were doing throughout the cleaning. I would definitely recommend Chesapeake Property Services.

I spoke with Gus at Chesapeake Property Services and he wanted to charge an additional $180. I'm not pleased with how they presented this "deal." I've had my gutters cleaned for years and no one else charges this additional fee. They suggested I contact Angie's List for a refund. I had the work completed by another company.

Everything turned out well, and they did a good job considering the difficulty and scope of the work. Furthermore, the technicians were very professional and punctual, worked efficiently, and kept the house clean while they completed the project. They also disposed of the resulting debris that came from the vents which I appreciated.

Vendor could not schedule service for gutter cleaning until the second week of January. I understand his schedule did not allow for earlier service, but my gutters could not wait a month to be cleaned. Also, there were significant surcharges ($65) supposedly due to the difficulty of my roof. I have owned this home for 28 years and never paid a similar fee/upcharge for gutter cleaning and neither have any of my neighbors.

They were finished within 30 minutes to an hour. They were clean, efficient, non interruptive. I would use them again in the future.

We unfortunately were not able to take advantage of this Deal due to an issue with our property, however the vendor was very professional and prompt in assisting us with the refund process.

It worked out great and I did not dislike anything. They did a great job. They came in and then got the job done. There were not issues and they came out within a week.

I bought the deal. When I talked to the provider over the phone I was told there would be an extra charge due to the height of my house. Then I received an email from the provider with an even higher quote.

I found that Chesapeake Property had great reviews, so I had no hesitation in calling. I got a quick response to my email, with a quote to do the work a few days later. The piece was base on the special they have advertised on Angie?s List. Two guys arrived as promised, on time, and cleaned the gutters from the roof in about 15 to 20 minutes. At the end of the service one of the technicians gave me a list of what was done and recommendations on how many times a year I should get my gutters clean. I would definitely use again.

Performed contracted gutter cleaning services. Additionally provided gutter sealing spot treatment at very reasonable price.

Good job.. I purchased a pre-paid gutter cleaning from Angie's for $115 and had to pay an extra $35 since I had gutter guards. They replaced some of the older guards with new ones with screens i purchased from Home Depot.. My house is a Cape Cod with gutters on two floors. There is no was going up to the roof on the second floor. The staff did a good job with the gutter with cleaning and had to come back to hang a part of the gutter that had come loose for an extra $50. Over all I feel the service is a good value for the money.

There was no email sent ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive as noted when I scheduled the job but they did arrive within a few days. Very polite once I heard them up there and introduced myself. Finished quickly.

Gus was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my request for a quote on the same day and kindly worked with me through email. We got a great price and the crew came out the next day to clean our clogged gutters. We'll definitely contact them the next time we need our gutters cleaned out.
