I live out of state and relied on Andrea to be my eyes on the property. I had 3 separate water events in the property within 4 days of listing it. She would not go to my house, despite my repeated requests for her to help me assess the damage. Nor, would she give me the lockbox code so that I could have a neighbor go into my home to assess the damage. She yelled at me when I asked her to go by the house and said that she would no longer tell me about any issues with my home reported by the buyers agents. She also will not let me out of my contract with her after my request and said that she will continue to market my home. I feel like she is holding me hostage and it is awful! She is incredibly unprofessional and her negligence has cost me major amounts of money. I have filed a formal complaint against her but I want to save any other sellers and buyers from a similar situation. I would not recommend anyone using her as a buyers or sellers agent.
