Weather seal was the third contractor who provided an estimate for my flat roof replacement. Dean (weather seal owner) was fast, efficient, and fair with the estimate, he didn�t waste my time with senseless personnel chatter (which for some reason seems to be the norm with older MD contractors) he got right to the point and was highly professional and I appreciated that with my busy schedule. The roof was replaced with top quality materials and a ten year warranty to boot! Couldn�t be happier with it, his crew came and did the job in two hours (extremely efficient) and cleaned up everything when completed. I would recommend this contractor to my colleagues and friends.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. They return calls, answer questions after business hours, and are flexible with scheduling. The weather did not cooperate on the weekdays (3 consecutive days of rain), so the company worked all day Saturday to install the recommended rubber roof system.

This was one of the very few contractors who actually called us because our repair wasn't a big enough job (replacement of a very small roof)! Communication was EXCELLENT by all involved. Work was started quickly and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, the workmanship was high quality and the professional attitude was greatly appreciated. Price for repair was more than resonable. We will absolutely hire this company again and gladly recommend them to all.

I called Michelle and Dean from Weather Seal shortly after a serious leak was exposed during the hurricane a few weeks ago. They responded quickly to my call and came out to provide an emergency tarping service to prevent any further interior damage. They then sent me a few quotes, one to fix the leak and one for the cost of a brand new rubber roof. With the new roof carrying a 10 year warrenty and a very affordable price tag, I went with the new roof. With in a few days they scheduled my install and a few days later I had a brand new roof, and so far so good. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing project.

They take customer service to an entire new level. They responded right away and came out to the house immediately. Very professional.

Came out same day that I submitted my request. Fixed the flashing on our house with a minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. Very happy with the results.

We were really pleased with the service we received. They responded quickly and when they weren't able to put the new roof on before the hurricane, they came out and weatherproofed the trouble spots on Friday and the new roof was installed on Monday. Since our roof is not accessible, I was really pleased that they took pictures before, during, and after to show us. They also offered an excellent warranty which couldn't be beat. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to friends.

Very quick to answer but didn't bug me. They were able to come out next day to give me an estimate and then starting working the day after I signed the contract. Would definitely recommend!

Team got there early and finished on schedule. Provided before and after photos. Completely cleaned up work area. All employees were courteous and profesional. Price was quite lower then other bids. Highly recommend

Dale was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be fixed and why. The price he quoted was $225 less than another Service Magic referral and $50 than my usual roof contractor. He went the extra mile fixing things that he noticed on the roof and not going down the "replace your whole roof" route. Michelle was courteous, prompt and very professional getting appointment scheduled and collecting payments. I'll definitely use them again.

Fast response, Fast quality work. Honest and fair estimate! Really nice people, too, from the lovely woman who responded to my emergency call and set up the appointment, to the actual crew who came and did the work. Best post work clean up I've ever experienced with any contractor. After they finished installing my new skylights, (in record time!) the beautiful sunny day turned into a huge downpour.. no leaks of course, but they still called to make sure everything was fine and I was happy . That is some amazing customer service! I highly recommend Dean and his Weather Seal crew!

I am not a roofing expert, so I cannot speak about the quality of the workmanship, but they did a very nice job of showing us via clear before-and-after photographs the work that they performed. In terms of customer service, these guys were top notch. Michelle called me immediately, sent a guy out for an estimate within minutes, and both men were extremely polite and informative. Additionally, Weather Seal beat everyone's price. I hope their work lasts us through many rainy and snowy seasons, but I have a certain comfort now that it will. If it stands the test of time, I will be recommending Weather Seal to all my friends and neighbors!!
