They were prompted and after me showing him the inside leak he immediately went up on the roof and saw what needed to be done and did so. He was very through came back and explained what needed to be done. Told me I had a very sound roof.

Weather Seal repaired my improperly installed rooftop terrace, that leaked like a sieve. They took great care with replacing the under-decking with plywood and then a layer of really smooth wood. They filled in all of the seams and screw holes with wood filler and carefully sanded that to a smooth finish. Finally they installed the actual deck, which is skid proof and cool to the touch. It looks FABULOUS!! To say that I am wildly impressed with their hard work is an understatement. They were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would recommend Weather Seal to everyone! Wish all contractors were half as good and proud of their work. THANK YOU!!

Excellent from start to finish. After checking where repairs had to be made around a leaking skylight, and another area that needed attention, he explained the work that had to be done and showed me pictures taken with his phone. There was no stretching the truth about what was going on. The pictures could not lie. The roof needed some touch ups around the skylight and the other area that had a dip in it causing water to puddle. Again, I was shown pictures when the job was complete. A small family owned company that takes great pride in their work. I highly recommend them. Thank You!

They completed the job ahead of schedule, gave a much better warranty than any other company, a 10 year warranty. The owner gave me a detailed explanation of the type of roof and other factors related to the roof repair. Plus they sent many pictures of the completed job and were professional. Taking various the credit cards made it very convenient.
