Description of Work: Company was on time finished the job in one day and were very professional. Cleaned up the site well. So why not an A+. Communication! The one thing I did not want was a ridge vent, and the foreman on the site was just finishing cutting it when I pulled up. They made good for it, repaired what was cut and gave me a written guarantee that if the roof ever leaked from that area they would fix it....but it should not have happened in the first place...hence the grade.

Description of Work: Outstanding experience! My wife and I had to go through the process of replacing the roof on our home for the first time. We were pretty nervous about this type of project and had been putting it off for some time. The DryTech team was phenomenal. They walked us through every step, provided clear options with no pressure and followed up throughout the process. Everyone involved in our project was responsive and dedicated to our job. The attention to detail that the crew who installed our roof was impressive and they treated our property as if it were their own (I have a yet to find a single nail or piece of debris in our yard). What I liked most about the experience was the estimate for the project. Andy from DryTech was able to scope the project and give me an estimate while I sat across from him, something that no other contractor was able to do. The estimate was comfortably well within in our budget and easily beat out the majority of other estimates. Some contractors required over a week to provide an estimate while others simply never called back. DryTech politely checked in with us to see what they could do to win our business. The job itself was tough. We don't have a big roof but the angles/pitch of the roof is extreme. Added to this, there is little space to work between neighbor houses. DryTech still gave us an aggressively competitive price and tackled the job in a single day. I DO recommend DryTach to friends and family and will continue to work with this company on upcoming projects. They earned our loyalty.

Description of Work: Great work from DryTech. They visited my home today and unfortunately they do not service my style of roof. However the rep was very professional and willing to provide any advice he could. Although my experience was limited with DryTech I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
