We used them after we moved here and several times thereafter. The last time, that was the capper and we decided not to use them anymore. I was out of town and my wife called them as I would have done, if I had been here. For what he did, what he charged was just absolutely ridiculous. It had to do with the well pump. There was a check valve. I actually made the repair after I got back home. He diagnosed it on the phone from the description my wife had given him as being the well pump itself. He came out and pulled the well pump. He had a helper with him and discovered that it wasn't the well pump after all. He charged her $350 and the problem still existed after he left. So essentially, he put a Band-Aid on what he should have actually repaired. That was an expensive education. He was in the process of wanting to retire himself because he had been in business for several years and he was probably in the process of selling the business. From what I understand the business has been sold. They responded rather quickly.
Description of Work: I used them for plumbing service.
