Description of Work: Contacted Reliable in October 2012 for a quote on over 200' of fence. They were quick & friendly to respond and complete the job quote. I was very happy with them up to this point. We decided to wait until the spring to do job, given the unexpected cost (over $7000). Called back April 2013, they did not have our quote on file (despite marketing mail I received just a few weeks before about "locking in last years pricing"). Could not get through to a human despite multiple calls. Left a message for a call back, never got a call back. Moved on!!!

Description of Work: These guys are the best. I had a pretty large area installed around my yard and pool. They did such an amazing job. Del has an artistic approach to building fences. It looks like it was always here and blends in with the yard so beautifully. I get a lot of compliments on the fence and the way it fits so well to the property. Awesome work. If you are considering a fence, give these guys a call. You may have to wait a bit to get scheduled, but so worth it. I'm having them back next year to do the front yard!

Description of Work: Installed vinyl fence in my backyard with two gates. Weather was a key factor here as WINTER was fast approaching. They had given me an approximate install date about two weeks out, but when they saw the weather was going to turn very cold quickly, they came sooner than the original proposed date. But a fence is about longevity...so I can't really comment on that. Look me up in ten years. However, I've had two incidences where some posts loosened up. I called them to inform them about the situation. In both instances they came out and did a fine repair job. This is about a company that has integrity.
