Dave immediately took control of removing the blockage in the drainage pipe, then got to work on a small leak in our sink. It turned out that the slip-nut had cracked and needed replacing. Because he was training an apprentice, he described exactly what needed to be done. Dave was efficient with and his time, and took care to make sure the job was done correctly.
