The plumbers were on time and very considerate of the tenants. However he was expecting the job to take all day, and that's what he quoted me. It took less than 3 hours. I feel like I was overcharged.

Professional, friendly, good work. Minor repair not treated as minor. :) Would recommend.

The clog was a stubborn one but they stayed until the drain worked like new again.

Contacted Home Advisor in need of someone to repair broken pipe in shed area. Was contacted immediately by Super Service and had someone there by the afternoon. He fixed the problem and was very timely about it. Will use them again.

Peri was the best. On time, professional, did a great job and even made a couple of extra tweaks that he noticed were needed. He managed to repair our shower valve rather than recommend an expensive replacement.

2 hundred 15 dollars for 5 minutes of work.I guess thats the industry.I have a lot more to say but I wont.

We called the plumber for work in the bathroom but he was not able to do anything about the problem. Not worth hiring. The problem remains as is.

We had an emergency with our tankless water heater failing. Home Advisor recommended Super Service and the very next morning Tim, the owner called, stopped by to ensure everything was ok. Next day, Shane from his staff came by, replaced the water heater and was great at explaining everything that happened and explaining what to do to avoid another accident like this. I highly recommend Super Service to anyone in need.

Respectful and courteous. Felt very comfortable with his approach to upgrading toilets (2) as he explained several minor problems which needed to be addressed in the process. All of the parts needed were on his truck. The office dispatcher followed up the same day to make sure all went well. My impression was this was a great decision to have Super Service tackle my project.

Tthey communicated well, met their commitments and everyone I talked to was nice. The price was in the neighborhood of reasonable, but to be fair, I didn't try to talk them down

They turned up when they said they would and fixed the problem. It was not one of the projects on the list but a backflow valve for an inground sprinkler system

Sean understood what repair needed to happen and it was completed quickly. He noticed some other items that needed to be corrected and had to leave for an emergency call. I most definitely would have had him stay to complete the other items. Very professional. Job well done!

My repair was easy to schedule, and the repairman called on his way and he arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, that was scheduled. He quickly identified the leak problem and fixed it. In my opinion he did a great job, as did customer service.

...they called right away and made appointment to come out...They charged $58 to come out then $215 and hour. I paid it and I blame myself for it. But I thought that was very high. I saw the part listed on Home Depot after the fact for $5.00. I would not recommend them...I felt like I got mugged..but it was my own fault for hiring them.
