Prompt reply to my service request. Came out the next day. Explained the problem and what fix was needed. Worked carefully and diligently. Dave and Tyler were great!

Peter and the first technician were excellent, the first one came and prepared everything then when needed Peter came made sure that things were great. Then he dealt with the permits with the city and the gas company, Maybe it would be nice a bit less expensive. I wish all services were like Super service and all technical support would be like them. I wish Microsoft would learn from Super Services and their team.

They answered within 24 hours. The plumber came out at the earliest time i could manage with MY schedule and did a great job. Checked back with me the following day to make sure everything was OK. Totally satisfied.

Promised to do everything, did the job of fixing the kitchen drain leak. Failed to replumb the dishwasher correctly, causing the dishwasher to not be able to drain. Never got back to me about any of the rest of the work I asked for: bathroom fixtures, shower thermostat and shut off valves, clogged pipe to main shower head, toilet flapper problem, and washing machine faucet replacement.

Contacted me fast and sent a plumber right over. He was a nice kid, very personable. Did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. I thought the service was great but it cost more than I was expecting, but he worked a little with me and gave me a couple of discounts for being a senior and for paying cash so it wasn't that bad considering I couldn't do it myself. So overall, I gave them 4.5 stars. I recommend their work. Remember to ask for discounts.

Plumber called before arriving, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and did a great job. Couldn't ask for anything more.

He knew what he was doing and got the job done in a pretty speedy manner. He had to leave for a moment but he came back really fast to fix the issue.

After several frustrating weeks chasing "handymen" I called a plummer. I was impressed at a next day appointment to install faucets and shut off valves. However I think I "paid for it" Like others have stated extremley over priced, but work was done in 3 hours. I had a limited time window.

I am updating my review of Super Service after a phone call with the owner, Tim. Upon seeing my original review, Tim actively reached out to me to discuss my experience, and genuinely wanted to address the concerns I had. It turned out the issue was due to a glitch in the system, and he personally sought to rectify it. After our discussion, it was clear to me that customer satisfaction is truly their number one priority.

Extremely overpriced, many delays and not worth the money whatsoever. Took 4 hours to do a 1.5 hour job.

Excellent repair on my broken sink! It literally had a piece broken out of it (looked like a puzzle-piece). The pro came right on time, was polite, explained the process to me, and did a great job masking off the rest of the bathroom to prevent any mess. It looks great! I am grateful, as this sink could not be replaced with the same model, which fits our unusual space.
