water tank was replace and it was installed bad, I called them back for second time to fix it, no luck and i had to called them for the third time to get it fix. For the money I paid, bad job, waste of my time and bad recomendation fron Home advisor...i am no calling them back.

Dishonest pricing! Was told over the phone it would cost $58 to have someone come look at the problem. Was then charged an additional $283!! Apparently $58 was just to drive over and did not include the actual inspection or estimate. This was not made clear when I scheduled the house call.

No hot water, not sure what have caused the issue, so I hired them. The lady who received the phone was nice and polite. The technician came on time and restarted the boiler and the hot water came out. However, it stopped working after a while on that day. I had to call HAVC company to get it fixed. So basically, I paid for nothing.

The Technician was knowledgeable but I had had problems with this faucet before so wanted to talk to his supervisor who Face Timed us to go over the situation. This helped make the decision to proceed and I'm happy with the result.

Plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me two written proposals. He then drove to the nearest supply house and returned to fix the problem. Overall, very positive experience. Only issue was cost, but I guess plumbing is expensive!

Very responsive and able to take care of the issue right away, but the cost of over $800, which I did approve, was more than I thought reasonable to install two faucets in the kitchen and bath.
