I located this provider using Angie's List and left them a message over the weekend asking if they serviced my town and if so, could I make an appointment for my septic tank to be pumped. Chris called back on Monday and although my town is outside their typical service area, he was willing to come out as long as I knew where the septic tank was located and where the access cover was. I did, and we set up an appointment for the following week. When the appointment time rolled around, Chris was a little later than I expected but as soon as he arrived he quickly got his truck ready and after we opened the access hatch and he confirmed the tank did need to be pumped, he set to work. While he was working he was more than happy to answer my questions about proper care and maintenance for our septic system. I was very happy with the work that Chris performed and the price of the work was extremely reasonable.

Found this company through Angie's List recommendations. Called and left a msg, got a call back withing 2 hours. They came out the very next morning. Since we just bought the house and weren't sure where the tank was, they even went over to town hall to pull the records and locate the tank for us. Quick, professional, personable service and a reasonable cost. Glad to find them!

Overall the service was great. Chris was flexible with scheduling and was able to make a Saturday appointment to work around my work schedule. He arrived on time and quickly found my maintenance cover and dig it up without disturbing the rest of the lawn. As I am new to living with a septic system, Chris was super helpful explaining everything and answering any questions I had. He explained everything in detail as he worked. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend their services.

Chris Lepore arrived exactley the time he said he would when I made the appointment. He was extremly professional and knowledgeable. Chris located the tank , he then needed to dig the cover up that was at least 2 feet under ground . He did so while gladly answering all the questions I had about spetic tanks and the proper care of them. Chris was at our home close to 2 hours and at least a third of that time he spent explaining how systems work. He did a great job and I highly recommend his company and services.

Chris was very professional, polite, and did a great job explaining the system to me and any of the issues needing to be addressed. He was able to correctly and appropriately clean one of the problematic plastic screens that our last septic company had told me was unaddressable because it could not be removed. I would definitely use Ray LePore & Sons again and enjoyed working with Chris.

This company is great to work with. I have used them for many years to pump my septic tank annually. Chris is quick to respond to messages and to come do the work. He's very honest and a hard worker. One year there was a valve within the tank that got stuck during the pumping process, but we didn't realize it until afterwards (the tank alarm light was on inside the house). Chris came right back and fixed the problem; I didn't have to wait at all.

I called and left a voicemail, which Chris promptly returned and scheduled a time to come out at my convenience. They were late because of issues with another job earlier in the day, but Chris gave me regular calls to keep me apprised of their status and what their ETA was. Throughout the process of pumping out our septic tank and two cesspools, Chris gave very detailed descriptions of what was going on. This was my first exposure to dealing with septic tanks, and Chris took the time to answer all my questions. You could tell that they took pride in the quality of their work. I never felt like he was trying to "up-sell" me to any additional or unnecessary services. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the professional manner of the crew, and the price I paid. I plan to use them again next time I'm having the pumping done.

I called Chris last week to set up a routine septic tank cleaning on a home we recently purchased. We've never had a septic system so this was a new experience for us. Chris was willing to work with our schedule and came out on Saturday morning. He was punctional, friendly (even in the driving rain!), clearly knew his stuff and took the time to explain things to us in "lay" terms. He was also very thorough and honest. We will definitely be repeat customers!

The company responded quickly to my call. It turns out that I am slightly outside their usual service area but, after discussion with management, they agreed to pump my septic tank and told me there might be an extra charge because of the distance. They arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and attended to my tank, finishing in less than an hour just as promised. The technician was cordial and knowledgable and took time to explain to me how my system was constructed. When the work was completed he ended up charging me $20 less than the maximum amount quoted. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of their work.

Our home was built in 2006 and the septic tank had never been pumped. I called Lepore & Sons and was able to get an appointment the next day. The service technician arrived at the scheduled time, and performed the service is an efficient and professional manner. The service technician was very knowlegable and explained the workings of the septic system and proper care in detail. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again.
