Laurie was great! I really enjoyed working with her. The guy who did my installation was good. Although there was some miscommunication as far as what he needed in order to complete the installation. They way he made it seem was that he needed to cut all the pieces for the closet. Which confused me because it's custom ordered. I was stressed because we had just moved in and didn't have a space to accommodate. Well it turned into a non issue, because he only needed to cut a few pieces. I'm very happy with the finished product and show it off to all my friends. I highly recommend the closet factory.

Excellent work, fit everything into the space showed up on time and finished early work is beautiful, transformed room and gave more space worked with us to revise plans as we wished.

I think a couple of things stood out to me, one was the proximity, and they are close to where we are. The other reason was there are not too many closet designing places that u can avail off. They seemed to be the most reputable and that's why we decided to go with them. There were a couple of things that they did which were really good. One is, they do stand by their service and products so we've had some issues where things haven't come out the way we had originally planned or if something became lose, and they were very prompt in changing and replacing that. The only disadvantage or negative aspect is that things take time because they have to order it from somewhere else so it's not instantaneous. If you call, it takes usually a week or 10 days, that's the only downside. They are quite professional in the services they provide and they are prompt. The price is a little on the higher side but I think their products are guaranteed for life and they do stand by their installation and service.

They were terrific. It went very well. I really liked the fellow who planned it and he took it very seriously. His name was Craig Goodenberger. He was prompt and professional. He did all the measuring and he was very thorough. He made sure that the closet fit my needs. Another fellow came it and actually did the installation and both parts were very satisfactory. Craig was especially good. He went through all the baseball cards that were stored there and made sure there was satisfactory space for everything. I would use them again in the future.

I thought the price was high. I thought the professionalism was great. They were very knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me to tweak the price. I appreciated their ability to be flexible and help me get the price down. They were very helpful and had a great product. They try to work within your budget.

I was very impressed with the designer who had to crawl around all sorts of things and yet came up with amazingly accurate measurements. I think they installed within a week or two. They did the job within a day and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. It was terrific. We spent about $1250. I spoke to 3 different companies and they were lower than the others. I will use them again.

They came and looked at what we had and scheduled an appointment. They then came and installed the closets. They looked at what clothes we had and figured how big the closet would have to be. They then designed the closet and scheduled an appointment to come and install. The installation was in a timely fashion and was very punctual.

Submitted a request on their website for information, and they called me the next day. Designer was on site within the week. There were some special needs for the design due to age of building,(heating pipes) and they completely accomodated everything. It took two days to install and the installers showed up on time and where very polite and helpful. We had looked at independent contractors as other options, and this was the best custom solution for the price and low volunteer involvement. That they show up on the date they say and install in the estimated time, is worth a lot in and of itself. We have since called them for warrenty work, (needed due to our abuse, not quality of product) and they were again, polite, helpful and on time.

They reconstructed and reconfigured 2 closets in wood laminate product. The original estimate was a lot higher, but they had a 25% coupon and we discussed creative ways to cut costs. The salesman Mike Steer was great and creative when it came to best use of space. I love the finished product. The workman they initially sent was new and did not do quality work. I immediately called the company and they immediately sent someone out to double check the job. It was the owner and he was upset with the job and redid it. He apologized for sending out an ill-prepared installer who lack skill, neatness and courtesy. What I was impressed with it is what they did to fix the problem and how wonderful they were. I have a fine job now done in my closets. They are highly organized, holding my things better.
