Wonderful, small company. We have a 120 year old house with an old stone foundation. Cracks were repaired & filled and coated with concrete. Excellent job. They are professional, & friendly. Did the job quickly. We are planning on having them return for further work. Highly recommend them.

We needed to have 3 Lally columns replaced and had New England Foundation look at the job and were so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism along with a very reasonable quote, that we felt we did not need to call another company and the work was complete in less than two weeks. The entire experience was positive and would recommend the company and I will call them again for future work if necessary.

We appreciated that he took the time to explain what we should prioritize. Once we called to schedule them for a full repoint, lally columns, and sump pump installation, they were out here within the week. Will and Paul were very courteous, professional, and honest! They were careful to clean up after themselves and explain the work that they had done. We were so impressed and would highly recommend working with them. They also were very diligent around safety during the pandemic and understanding about repayment time.

Let me start of by saying I am a single mother and homeowner who is on a limited budget. I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience with NE Foundation crack repair! Cassanda contacted me within minutes of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. She was extremely empathetic and kind. I explained to her how I came down to my basement to discover I had about 3-4 inches of standing water in my basement. I was so upset and did not know where to begin or where it originated from except that it rained extensively the night before. She said tech would be here with in a few hours as he was out of state on another job. The tech Willy Leite arrived as expected. Willy firstly apologized for what I was dealing with and stepped right in to assess what was happening. Within a few minutes talking, he discovered my sump pump was not operating properly. He was so thorough And patient. Explaining everything to me and at no time did he apply Any pressure to sell me anything ! It was unbelievable! I was so skeptical as I had had a really bad previous experience with RotoRooter and was so price gauged for minimal work that did NOT correct my issues. I explained that so Willy and he was so apologetic. I asked him to just replace the sump pump as I knew I had several issues in the past! He was so knowledgeable and professional! Explained the entire process and did much more than expected! I am so floored at how easy and seamless this process was! I have been dealing with basement flooding and issues related to this pump and now I finally have peace of mind! I would recommend a millions times Over! !

They were the only ones who didn t try to oversell me The price was good for installing my sump pump and fixing a crack in the floor. Kasandra (I hope that s right) in the office was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. The guys showed up when they said Did the job they promised And didn t try to add anything last minute.
