Work was done quickly and efficiently. Located the access cover using owner provided Title 5 report. Had to dig down several feet since landscaper had placed lots of fill over the area in the past. Sod was carefully removed and a modest hole was dug to find septic access cover. Explained where he would put the riser and why, to prevent any backup in the house should there be a blockage in the future. Lawn was returned to original condition with the plate over the riser buried a few inches for cosmetic purposes.

My septic pump stopped working due to a faulty septic alarm control box. The tank was filled up and sewage was backing up in the basement. Joe came on site promptly on a rainy day and emptied the tank for the electricians to further fix the alarm problem. He was professional and explained as the work was done. The whole experience was a pleasure and I'd love to use them again!

Joe came out and was very pleasant to work with. He explained the ins and outs of how a septic functions and all the services he would provide. He even took care of dog poop that was near septic tank ad offered to toss it into the woods since he had his shovel. He emptied the tank and said the enzyme levels were fine so didn't try to sell me any products I didn't need. Very pleased and glad that I now have a septic tank company I can trust and rely on!

When I called to make the appointment, I was bemoaning that not only was the grass brown above the septic tank, but also above the line going to the D-box, and above the leech field. He assured me that what with all the hot, dry weather we've been having, that was happening to everybody who didn't water the lawn three times a day. We agreed upon a date for service, two days hence, and that he'd come "mid-morning.". On the agreed upon day, he arrived about 11:00, went into my yard to locate the tank, repositioned his truck in the driveway, brought his hose and shovel back to the tank, removed the lid, and got to work. As the tank was emptying he quite politely and knowledgeably answered my questions about how the septic system works, and advised me about the frequency of service, given the usage. He finished pumping, put the lid back on, reassembled his stuff, brought me his bill. I wrote him a check, and he left.One thing that surprised me was he was cleaner than any of the previous service providers I've used in the past. I appreciated that.

I called A Community Sanitation Service for an estimate on getting a riser on my spetic tank. As I had just moved into this house and I had never had a septic system before, I was unsure of what I needed etc. I spoke with 3 other Septic guys and Joe was by far the best. He took the time to explain the basics of septic systems to me and recommended a simple fix for what I was looking for. He was pleasant to work with, he arrived when he said he would, finished the job quickly and his price was more competitive than the other estimates I had received. I would definately call Joe again if I needed additional work.

Scheduled an appointment for "late morning". Arrived on time at 10:40. Pumping completed by 11:10. Advised that our system is in good shape. Professional, courteous and hassle-free service. I'm happy!

He arrived earlier than expected (that's a first unusual for most contractors), and found the location of the septic cover within about 1 foot of where I had marked it. Was willing to answer questions, very professional and had a quick smile. I left him to it and very shortly after reported that he was done, say less than half an hour. Took an additional effort since the ground was pretty frozen, but he had no complaints. I wish all jobs and contractors were as easy to work with.

Great! We had forgotten to dig out our septic lid. The driver very kindly offered to return the next day instead of charging us extra to dig it himself. He arrived as promised the next day. We appreciate their evaluation of our septic. Frankly, they could tell us to pump out every year and we wouldn't know the difference, but each time, they assure us that our system is sound and we can pump out every 2 years.
