They didn’t answer the phone very often when we first called them. The reason I had to go through them was because they were the only local ones that repaired through the warranty on certain appliances. So when I finally got them after many times of having to call, they got back to me. I told them the difficulty I had and they said that they were on vacation. But there was no message about that or anything like that. It probably was just a small business. They came out and they tried to fix it. I think that they came three different times, maybe four and they tried to fix it. We had them come because it was still under warranty. My husband could fix it. If he did that when it was under warranty, then it wouldn’t be considered under warranty any more. We had to have these guys do it. When I told my husband what they did, my husband questioned why they did that because he knew about that stuff. They weren’t still fixing it and it wasn’t right. It was a small beverage center and it had two sides. The problem was that it didn’t cool the lowest portion. Whenever they came, they kept saying that it was working, but it didn’t work. I kept calling them because it was still not working. Eventually they contacted the company of that machine and they reported to them that it was working fine. The company won't pay Allen’s Appliance Repair to come out here anymore. They said that there was nothing else they could do when I asked them why told them that. I told them that it didn’t mean that it was working fine because they couldn’t fix it. I told them to tell the truth. I wouldn’t be using them again. Not only did they not fix it, they made it very hard for me to even get it fixed. They were stupid. It was a very expensive machine and it is still not working properly. They told us that it was not a refrigerator, when of course it was supposed to cool beverages. I have heard after that incident that that particular brand isn’t good and so I wouldn’t be buying products from that manufacturer anymore. The guys who came out here were brothers and they were brothers.
