Maria did a wonderful job helping us sell our home in Roslindale, MA. We were able to quickly identify a great buyer and complete the sale - allowing us to meet our goal of relocating to Colorado by the summer of 2014. Maria was incredibly easy to work with, professional, resourceful - I suppose my only regret is that I can't have her here in Colorado to help us next time we need to purchase real estate!

I thought Maria went above and beyond in helping me in my search for a condo. i worked with several brokers covering many neighborhoods. It was a long and painful search and compared to the first broker I worked with, Maria really helped me out. She went with me to every property I viewed that she had sent me, got to know my tastes and preferences and was able to answer all my questions. Her husband Jeff also came along to several properties and was able to give a contractor's opinion on the nuts and bolts of boilers, electrical systems, etc. When an offer was finally accepted, Maria helped me through an accelerated close by booking the home inspector for me and picking up the radon sample. She just did everything possible to make things go smoothly and seamlessly and I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend her.
