Great company, awesome customer service

I contacted multiple companies. A raccoon got into the attic and managed to separate the joints on a heating duct that was wrapped in asbestos and she scratched off some of the asbestos. Adrian was the only contractor who recommended I shut off the heat or at least cover the vent (which he volunteered to do) until the asbestos was removed. Adrian returned phone calls and emails. I decided to also remove asbestos on the heating ducts in the basement. So we wound up with 3 work areas ... 2 in the basement and 1 in the attic. He and his crew were in and out in about 7 hours. The areas were left clean.

Estimate and work were completed by Adrian and his team. Fee for service was fair, work was completed promptly and area was left clean. Adrian was quick to respond to multiple requests and provided a showed that he was flexible with some of the one off requests we had. C

Asbestos removal is a traumatic experience for anyone. Adrian Soriano's professionalism and excellent communication go a long way towards making it a little less stressful. Adrian returned every phone call, text, and e-mail - usually within minutes. He was prepared to bring his crew out as many times as necessary to ensure the job was done right, even on a Sunday evening when we called with some questions. I'm a difficult person to work for/with, and Adrian was patient, agreeable, and fair from start to finish. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I'm using Soriano Environmental.

They are a fantastic company all-around. Very professional. They came promptly and on time for an estimate. Their estimate was very competitive with others that I received. Very easy to reach for further questions and arrangements for removal. They arrived for the work on-time. Set up for the work quickly and professionally. Cordoned off the area for the work neatly and completely. Once work commenced, I, of course, left the area. I returned after they completed the work (again, finished in a timely manner). I was SUPER impressed with how clean and neat the cellar area was after they finished. Of special note: they left the cellar CLEANER than what it was before work began. The floor was thoroughly swept (after years of neglect) and hosed down. I paid them on completion and was immediately emailed a receipt. Adrian (the owner) is personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I, (and I'm sure you), have had bad contractor experiences. I can honestly say that this was the best and most positive contractor experience I have EVER had. Asbestos problem gone painlessly, all government paperwork and testing done completely and transparently. I am more than happy!
