Matt did an extraordinary job. He made three trips out to my house. It was a very subtle and difficult problem. He stayed with the problem until it was fixed. He went above and beyond what an average repair person would do. I wasn't able to use my stove for a year. Matt was stumped initially at the beginning, but he kept calling and talking to the tech person at the manufacturer. Now the stove is working terrifically!
