I had a leak coming from the tank of my toilet. I was not aware of the problem until I noticed water in my basement. As I was unsure what needed to be done, I decided to replace the complete unit. Wayne and his worker were very friendly and professional. He looked at the problem, knew what the issue was and asked me if I still wanted to go ahead with the replacement rather than repair. I found that to be an honest assessment and didn't feel as though I was being taken advantage of. In addition I asked him to take a look at some other pipes that I thought would need to be replaced and he was honest in telling me that they did not need to be replaced. His estimate and final invoice were reasonable. I will call them back when/ if the need arises! Wayne was very friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend to others!

I had the pleasure of working with Stewart for a plumbing issue. He was courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. very prompt tried home advisor for the first time and loved it. found this plumber and the service was prompt, communication was awesome. wayne called me the next morning ( I put in my request late night) and had josh at my house that day, I bought a toilet a week ago and tried another plumber needless to say no return calls from other plumber at all but the service I gat was great I am a mom with 2 special needs adults ( my sons) in wheelchairs, josh was great, very professional but yet made you feel at ease with him, was able to answer all of my questions. wayne was great at communication. Had a water pipe leak at one of my rentals and they came out that day to repair it, did a great job and a great price. also used them at another rental for a hot water problem and was very satisfied with there work and the cost.

They were very neat and cleaned up. They were punctual, on time and efficient. They finished the job in a few minutes. They even tried to fix another problem, but unfortunately couldn't fix it because it was a shared pipe with my neighboring condo, but they did not charge me either. Really nice guys. I would trust them to be in my home.
