It went very well. The Service Technican Guy Cilluffo was very good and explained everything that he had done. He made a recommendation that I should look into having my water heater serviced. I highly recommend Guy and Sila Heating and Air Condition

Well, they did the installation when they said they would, were responsive in their communications, and did a good job with it. My only issue was that there was permitting fees not included in the contract that weren't mentioned for and were requested after I paid my final bill. However, given that this was the only oversight (and small relative to the entire cost), I was still very happy with the work.

Shawn Hillier, Sales Representative, was very helpful, patient, easy going and knowledgeable in presenting various options for us to chose. Jake McLoughlin was prompt in scheduling the installation appointment. David Catorette (and his son Samuel) installed the unit. A very nice father/son team, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Jonathan Clarke, office manager, was very responsive to my requests for paper trail.

I called Sila early one morning because I returned from vacation to find my hot water to be tepid at best. Dave and his apprentice Roy arrived at my house 45 minutes later. They repaired it and the hot water was restored. However, they wisely waited for a bit to be sure it was okay. The problem reappeared and so they determined that I needed a new hot water heater. My tank is larger than what they carry in their van so they made arrangements to have one delivered from the company right away. After installing the water heater they waited to be sure the water would be hot enough and they checked all of the faucets in my home to be sure they were operating as they should be after turning the water off. They found a problem with one of my faucets and spent time troubleshooting and repairing it. Dave and Roy are a great team. They are professional, courteous, efficient and extremely competent. Sila is lucky to have them as employees and I wish I could give them a rating that was greater than 5 stars.

Bill has been to my home several times. He is always professional, friendly and does a great job! He makes the extra effort to ensure everything is clean and neat, explains everything in detail and ensures I'm happy with his work.

Just fine, as usual. Sila is a really good company with excellent customer service -- I have been a customer for many years. I am particularly impressed with how knowledgeable their service tech are -- this is the second time I have had Jay maintain my systems and he's very good. This time I purchased a maintenance contract for the older of my two systems as it will probably need replacing soon.

Perfect -- Bill showed up exactly on time, did the work in a professional manner, kept me in the loop with what he found on the two independent heating systems, and made some excellent suggestions for long term fixes/upgrades I might want to consider down the road.

I signed up for the Angie's List $59 cleaning and checkup from Sila toward the end of September and got an appointment for today, Oct. 10th. That was pretty quick for a popular offer. The man they sent, Brian M., was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has been in this business for many years. He explained what he was going to do besides vacuuming, including using a flexible tube with a video camera to look inside for cracks and rust. Ultimately he found nothing that needed repair on my 10 year old Trane furnace. He did not push extras or extra work. In fact, I was the one who inquired about service plans. He took 50 minutes beginning to end for the visit, and I was very satisfied.

I had purchased this service through Angie's List Deals. The person was very thorough and determined that we needed additional freon, which was added. We were not surprised because we have a tiny leak somewhere and need to add freon every other year. The system worked beautifully all summer. The only negative comment I have (and why they did not get an A rating) is because the person was strong on the sales pitch. He wanted us to replace the system. It is almost 10 years old but it works great. We realize that there are newer and more efficient AC systems and I'm sure when the time is right we will upgrade. But why replace something that is working well. He also kept reminding us that freon will no longer be available very soon - we heard it several times. The deal turned out to be more expensive than my regular service, but that was due to the cost of the freon - which is expensive.

Another great service from Sila Heating & A/C. I purchased a service special through Angie's List and with-in one or two days was contacted by Sila to schedule an appointment. The technician, Craig B, was at my door exactly when I was told he would be there. He was extremely courteous and professional. He informed me of an item that needed attention (that I was already aware of), and the cost if I chose to have them do the repair. There was no pressure at all to have it done that day for a better price, or even to have it done by them. I highly recommend Sila Heating & A/C. Thank you Angie's list!

Bill was wonderful. Did a thorough job efficiently and taught me how to replace the filter without the door crashing down on me! He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Dave gave me a helpful overview and comparison of electric and gas heaters and on demand systems and estimates of 2 alternatives which I requested. He was very willing and able to answer a lot of questions I had. I was very pleased that he did the installation with a new assistant, Roy, who was also very pleasant and helpful. Roy found a possible solution online for the problem I have with my jacuzzi. Dave also arranged for a Sila electrician to do the electrical work. Bobby was also very pleasant and helpful, as well as punctual, professional and responsive.

Very well. Craig was a pleasure. He took off his shoes in the entry and was happy to answer a lot of questions I had including one about obtaining a recommendation on the replacement of my hot water heater. He also arranged for a plumber to come to the house and provide recommendations on the replacement. Craig showed me the faulty motor and the sound it was making, ordered a replacement and came back himself to install the new motor. I appreciated that a company as large as Sila could arrange for him to do the work.

They informed us that the previous company that put the unit in was not the right size for the house. They were having a special.

Although for some reason they could not come on the specified day, they made every effort to come the day before. They arrived within the specified time frame, did a great job and the system worked well.
