The technician arrived on time, did the work well and quickly, and provided both good explanations and the documentation we needed.

I had to pay some more money for them to adjust something.

It took the better part of three days with a two man team and with a number of other professionals from SILA coming in and out to help solve challenges (such as handling the exhaust). It was expensive and it remains to be seen whether the efficiency savings will prove to be cost effective. Given the complexity of the system and the use of radiators that were originally used for steam, it is not really advisable to adjust the temperature manually or via a programmed thermostat. Changes in temperature take a long time. But they did a very through job and it's an amazingly beautiful installation.

Fantastic! The technician, Guy, was very professional and knowledgeable.

I did not hit it off with the service inspector. I like details explained to me About any issues with HVAC, service man was not interested in explaining to a “female”. Also, I think they could do better on offering helpful services, I don’t need to be helping them with the service they are providing me such as turning Ac/ heat on and off for them. They should be able to provide a better service for filters to me at a reasonable price on a regular basis. My old company would Have them sent to me prior to their visit. All in all Silva was just to busy to Engage the client and offer a step to save them time for a reasonable price. “D” score from me.

Went very well. The service tech Craig was prompt, professional and timely in his work.

The original appointment was scheduled from 8am to 12pm for a 4 hour window. Sila called at 11:30am saying that the technician was running late and will arrive close to 12pm which was the end of the service window. My entire morning was wasted waiting for Sila. Anyways, had the appointment rescheduled to Nov 3rd. On Nov 3rd they called and asked to come earlier than the scheduled window of 12-3pm. Since the earlier time wouldnt work for me they did something on their end and the team arrived during the service window. Things went very smooth from that point on. Dave was very experienced and skilled with servicing the furnace. Very courteous, professional and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly service the furnace without any shortcuts or bad-aid type work. Would highly recommend Dave from Sila.

Not much was done. He just opened the furnace and took a look. I was expecting at least some "tune up" or maintenance etc.

John arrived at the scheduled time, was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained his findings, and work that will likely be needed in the not too distant future. He also provided helpful information regarding the type of filter to use. As a result of my positive experience during this visit, I signed a maintenance contract for the year for the furnace and central AC. It was a pleasure to have done business with Sila.

Got a call 30 minutes indicating when the service person would arrive. Steve was prompt and knowledgeable and worked efficiently.

It went well. The tech was on time, spent a good deal of time looking over our three zone system and walked me through things to keep an eye on.

It was great! John G was incredibly helpful with my questions and kindly chatted with me about some considerations for the future. His attentiveness to detail was excellent, and I appreciated his honest advice. I would certainly recommend him to my network. The person who assisted with scheduling my service was also incredibly helpful. The purchase of the coupon on Angie's list was seamlessly integrated with their scheduling system, and they were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service overall was fantastic.

It went well. The technician was thorough in his inspection, explained what he was doing in a clear and understandable way, and was very professional in general. I would hire again for the same service each year.

I purchased a special deal on Angie’s list. They dragged out the process until the 30 day full refund time had expired. I had to call them repeatedly ( spoke with Jake, Wes, and a woman whose name I forget) and provide the same information at least three times before they even scheduled the work visit. Then they wanted to charge extra on the day of the job as I have more steps than they expected. So we postponed while I considered the extra charge. Then I contacted them to agree to pay the extra and to reschedule the work, and they never replied. I Purchased the deal on May 5, 2017, and they came to do the work on the 14th of July 2017, when I postponed the work. . They never returned my email to reschedule. At that point I gave up and went to big blue plumbing who were awesome. I emailed them in distress from Australia, and they replaced my water heater that very same day.

John G. Did an excellent job of assessing the problem and fixing it. The company took responsibility for having initially installed a pump that didn't have quite enough power for the distance it needed to pump and they replaced it free of charge. Only cost was for the service visit.

Not so good. They came for an inspection. They gave me a huge price. They never showed up afterwards. I would not recommend them.

Technician name Guy came on time and spent 3 hours to inspect the furnace systems. Explained in detail about the system and issues. Recommended various options to fix it. Guy was very knowledgeable and would hire Sila to replace the furnace

He was through and explained what he was doing. He listened carefully to me when I told him about a problem I had with a previous vendor and made sure that he rechecked everything to make sure that the system was working properly and optimally. Jay is the second technician who has come from Sila to service my init and I am very satisfied with both of them.
