Jay was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. What more could you ask.

It went very well. Jay came out to service our furnace. He was considerate in covering his shoes before walking into our home, professional in his approach to the inspection, and helpful in explaining what his inspection entailed, along with what we can do to keep the furnace working well. Would highly recommend Sila Heating and AC.

Our service person, Guy, was terrific. He was right on time, very considerate of my home, professional, as well as polite. Based on this man's service, I would not hesitate to call Sila again!

It did not go as planned. I was told I needed to replace the entire furnace and that it should not be used. I got a second opinion on it and was told that yes it will need replacing but it can still be used.

Tony was on time, nice, clean, professional, and smart (he fixed it- though it took a second trip to get parts). He was there almost 4 hours in total.

Morgan arrived on time and was professional and courteous from start to finish. He pointed out a few minor things that would help my unit run more efficiently, but assured me that the work did not have to be done immediately causing me to spend money unnecessarily. He took the time to explain a few things to me and ensured everything was running properly as we go into the winter season. I hope I can request him as the technician for my future service calls.

Everything went smoothly. They call 30-45 minutes in advance, and Bill was great. He was quick, 100% professional, and explained everything.

Generally everyone was very responsive, prompt, and professional. The rate for the furnace tune-up was very reasonable; for repairs, it got a bit steeper. I was satisfied with the quality of the work except for one thing: the technician who replaced my broken humidifier left one fastener too loose, and I found it leaking water onto my basement floor. I tightened it myself with a screwdriver and it was fine, but if I had not checked it as soon as I did, it would have been a nasty flood.

Two people came and cleaned and inspected furnace. Camera inspection was performed and results were shared with me. Left a log on site for supporting future inspections.

As usual, scheduling process with Sila was very smooth. Craig was the technician who came to the house and he was very polite and professional. Overall, an excellent experience.

Tech who came was upfront and did a good job. However, gave a C overall because they didn't come on the scheduled date, and then when I finally called them after waiting all morning, they claimed to have transposed digits of my phone number and left v/m at the wrong number . Happens it was a very cold weekend...tech said he had been working nonstop that weekend when they finally came 2 days later....hmmm.....talk about being bumped.

It went well, but they need to come back again to purge the line because their was air on the line & not gas;

The service was performed November 15, 2017 and it went well! The technician, Bill, was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to contact Sila Heating & Air Conditioning again.

There was bad communication about the time of arrival and then there were several calls because they were later than expected. Then the first technician who was here said he was not familiar with my furnace and did not feel able to do the maintenance checks. Called the company and they sent a more experienced technician over that same afternoon. This time they were very good and did the furnace check up. I wasted a lot of time waiting around for them. I might hire them again but would be careful to check on who they send.

It was great. I bought a coupon through Angies but unlike some horror stories I have heard from other folks about contractors and how they treat customers with coupons. Sila was the opposite, they were awesome. Great Service, gave me in-depth analysis and made me feel like the $$ was very well spent. Thanks again guys!!

It's okay, I guess. They did an okay job. I'm not extraordinarily satisfied, but I think they met the requirements. The price is good. I would maybe use them again.

The person from Sila Heating was on time and was professional. He examined the heating furnace and connections, helped change the filter on the furnace and did the efficiency testing. Everything was done within 15 mins.

I have a base board water heating system, Tech showed up on time ,cleaned 4 burners , turn the heat on , checked efficiency of the gas boiler using his meter, suggested to replace thermocouple because boiler is old. Suggested to replace expansion tank and relief valve.Only one thing i did not get that when they say 22 point inspection, what are those points?
