Description of Work: They performed the furnace inspection as expected without surprises. The tech was friendly and professional. He provided a nice written summary of the visit on his departure. My only room for growth comment is that I scheduled the appointment for 7 AM, the only time they could guarantee arrival, as opposed to a window of time, but the tech arrived at 7:20 AM on the dot.

Description of Work: He Hooked up and outlet , checked another one that we thought was bad but was fine and gave an overall house inspection. Description of Work: In converting from oil to gas, Sila installed a new heater and water boiler. They also made arrangements for removal of the old oil tank. My service rep, Graham was great in communicating the process, helping me with obtaining a heat loan, and is still available for follow-up questions when necessary. Sila did a great job with the install, and I continue to use them for service. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: They originally installed a new micro A/C system in my 2 floor condo in the South End 6 years ago. That went well, except they didn't challenge my desire to spend as little as possible and my system size is a little too small. More my fault, but a strong explanation would have swayed me, rather them just wanting to close a deal. |Annual service since then has been good, except for this past season they forgot to come during the Spring as usual, and I didn't keep track. When I realized it was after the summer cooling season. They did the service during the Fall instead, but I felt it was a big mistake they didn't show up when the system really needs servicing in advance of summer. All that being said, they are quite professional, all the service done was very good, and the servicemen who do the work are very clean, neat, courteous, cooperative and professional. I would recommend them! |
