Description of Work: James of Sila was excellent. He installed 2 new smoke/CO detectors, 2 new ceiling light fixtures and fixed old track lighting in 2 hrs. and charged $59. (via Angie's list coupon). He replaced a single light switch for $15. |I highly recommend Sila!

Description of Work: They rerouted the condensate drain pipe from the third floor furnace because the builder put it down an outside wall, and it was freezing up during very cold snaps. They did the work promptly and cleaned up nicely.
