Description of Work: Checked the operation, electrically and mechanically of my air conditioning unit.The operation went very well and technician appraised me of potential problems that could arrise with my system.

Description of Work: Bobby & Mike came out to install a video surveillance system (which we purchased separately). They mounted 4 exterior cameras in difficult to access locations, and ran the wiring throughout our attic and into our living space. The wiring was done very professionally, and the outlets that were added (passthrough type, or "doghouses") look very professional. Although there were some scheduling delays due to weather, on the day they arrived they were right on time, and they worked very quickly. They were very upfront with us on the estimated time, and they did not go over without checking in first. Although their hourly rate is a bit higher than other electricians we have used, we would be more than happy to welcome them into our home again in the future when we add more cameras! If you need professional electrical service, don't think twice before calling Sila!

Description of Work: Sila was very prompt in responding to my call for a leaking water heater. Clean, professional, whole job complete within one day.

Description of Work: Two electricians showed up, one was an apprentice on a Friday afternoon. This was a small job. Replace one outlet and get an outside outlet operational. The main electrician completed the outside work fine. The apprentice was having trouble, so the main electrician tried to replace the inside outlet. Both were having trouble. I left them alone and they came to tell me the job was complete. After they left, I checked and the entire room had no electricity. This space included my router,etc. I don't see how they could have left without knowing there was no electrical in that room. I called the company and they came back and finally figured out the fix. Not a happy customer.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal on a Mitsubishi Ductless split wall unit and heat pump. All the representatives from this organization exceeded expectations for every part of this transaction. They contacted me to set up a site survey within the allotted timeline. They scheduled the follow-up installation on the day I requested though we had a tiny bump when I expected the equipment installation people and the electrician to all arrive at approximately the same time. The installers arrived quite a bit earlier, but waited patiently while I dressed. The electrician arrived within the expected time window. Everyone was great: answered all questions thoroughly and patiently -- without talking down to me -- and were neat. The follow-up paperwork for the MassSave rebate arrived promptly, and was completed perfectly. Couldn't have asked for more. Wholehearted endorsement!
