Craig was very professional and pleasant. He thoughly examined our furnace, explaining how the system worked and what he was adjusting in detail. It was a real pleasure to work with him.

Service tech John G. was excellent. He arrived and reviewed my setup. My burner has had issues in the past. He took the time to educate me on various options and answered all my questions. The technicians at Sila are very professional and knowledgeable. I would contact them again in the future.

Bill came out and did a great job checking the furnace and talking me through the process, and checking out the furnace overall.

The Sila technician, Guy, came to our home and greeted us warmly and described what he was going to do. As an extra thumbs-up, we happen to not wear shoes in our house, and he was ready to cover his shoes with booties to ensure that he wouldn't track in any dirt! The inspection went quickly and smoothy and he efficiently summarized what he did before he left. All in all, a great job with great customer service!

Guy Cilluffo came and was very informative--I appreciated that he was willing to explain everything to me and go over all the details and my options with me. He had a lot of information and was helpful, as the decision--whether to repair or replace, at a high cost--is a difficult one. The work will be done on Thursday and I have high hopes for a repair; will update the review as needed. I appreciated Guy's willingness to go over the options with me and be honest. I will add that though he was late, that was not at all his fault--he was overbooked.

The service Tech Guy did an outstanding job of replacing the valve in a very timely, efficient and highly professional manner and took the tie out to explain the reason for replacement and how the part works and answer all my questions. He represents the best in service and good quality work.

Great service by John G. Recommended new boiler (existing is 32 yrs old so to be expected). Explained options in educational manner and not salesmen like. Minor downside was a little later than scheduled appointment window but called ahead to let us know.

I was notified by dispatcher what time the technician would arrive and technicians name who was Guy Cilluffo. Guy showed up right on time and explained in detail what he would be doing. Guy was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Sila to everyone.

Service man, Gus, arrived when expected, and was courteous and efficient. He explained services upon completion, and answered my questions. I will book this company for next year's check-up.

Guy arrived on time - was polite, informative, and efficient. We have an older system that I'm trying to keep going and I always worry that someone is going to try and scare me into replacing the entire system. Guy performed the service and said that while it was old, it was performing well and as long as I continue to have regular maintenance performed - I should be able to drag out the replacement for at least several more years.

They were available and on time, and Guy Cilluffo was great quickly and effectively took care of the job and offered additional suggestions but was not pushy at all

He efficiently performed the service and he expertly answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable on the system’s operation and answered my questions on possible system enhancements. Great it was smooth. Everything got done in a timely manner.

The main problem was that he did not seem to know what he was doing, and kept on calling the Lennox technician. He spent 75% of the time on the phone. He never checked the circuit board which ended being the problem and later corrected by a different technician from another company which was a 15 minutes repair remedy.

They cancelled the first appointment on me with very short notice (same morning). They did show up the second time and the work was done professionally. I would hire them again and hope the scheduling issue was a fluke.

I'm pleased with the service, and am a repeat customer. John G provided performed the routine boiler maintenance and then gave me an assessment of what should be done vs what could be done to prevent future issues. I chose to make a number of repairs and it's 24-hrs later and everything is working like a charm.

Thought I was in for a big repair bill. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be just a couple of hours labor. The technician took the time to thoroughly clean a totally blocked boiler and tune up the burner. It now runs excellent and is much quieter. Craig explained everything he did and was very professional.

Technician Guy Cilluffo did a great job. He was very neat and professional, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I will use Sila again.
