Description of Work: They did an air conditioning check up. They did a good job. They were very courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: My ac was not working on my heat pump. This company charged me close to $300 and could not find the problem told me I need a whole new system $8000 to $9000. I had another person come who did not charge me to diagnose problem replaced a part for $600 and my ac is working again. I feel like I was being taken advantage of I am a senior retired on a fixed income and could really use that $300. I would like to be refunded!

Description of Work: Sila had to reschedule the appointment twice because of the demand for the A/C service. The rescheduling delayed the service from being performed by one and one half weeks.

Description of Work: They called the prior day of the appointment and then next day as they were getting a bit late due to traffic. They then showed up at the exact revised time. They only charged for one person as another person was on training. It was a pleasant surprise to me. Work was done in a courteous and professional manner. They also cleaned up after the work. I am very impressed with the service and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: $90 half hour, $180 one hour. I had Sila come back a 2nd time (one outlet didn't work after they left the first time ($99 Angie List Special), plus requested additional outlet work done today. Today, I paid for 1.25 hours of work, but was charged for 1 1/2 hours. Maybe that's how they Electricians do it? Rounding it off? Both men, both times were very nice, but I'm single, and need to watch how my money is spent.

Description of Work: LEFT MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE THAT I GOT WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE DUE TO COME OUT SAYING THAT THEY HAD RUN LATE ON A JOB AND WOULD BE ABLE TO COME. I CALLED AND RESCHEDULED ABOUT 6 WEEKS OUT FOR 7 AM ON 6/17. WHEN THEY WERE NOT THERE AT 820 I CALLED AND LEARNED THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE APPOINTMENT AND TELLING ME I WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. GUY I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY NICE BUT I WASN'T ABOUT TO CANCEL A THIRD MORNING OF WORK IN HOPES THAT THEY MIGHT SHOW UP

Description of Work: It was terrible as they told me there was a crack in my furnace and I would need to replace entire system. Would cost over $20k! I had someone else come in and there was no crack. My system is fine for both heat and AC with no cracks! These guys are really bad and everyone should stay away from them!

Description of Work: Sila came out and spent a lot of time ( a LOT of time!) going through options and checking out the innards of our home. In the end, we decided not to install the single air conditioner which was advertised, nor to do any HVAC installation at all.
