The repair process went very well
Description of Work: Diagnose faulty gas furnace; find necessary parts; return another day to install parts, do repair. Technicians were capable, efficient, pleasant and thorough. I will definitely use Sila again when needed (hopefully, a long time off) and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: During a regular servicing of the furnace, Tony found that it needed a corrosion inhibitor. He ordered one and returned promptly on the day we had arranged to have it installed. The work was completed well within the allotted time frame, and the furnace is working well.

Couldn't have been better!!
Description of Work: I had an all point check on the gas furnance that I hadn't had done yet! From the pleasant call to make the appointment to the service fellow who came out, I couldn't speak high enough of them and this company! You feel a sense of honesty right away, and the service fellow,can't think of his name, was just so excellent even in explaining and saying about honesty, you don't hear that!
