At first they weren't going to come because they said I was too far away, but they did end up coming. They showed up on time and were very nice. They performed the service as expected.

The technician called first and asked if it was ok if he came early - I was very happy with that. He was very polite and professional when he came to the door. He inspected and cleaned the furnace first. He made sure he did not track into the house and cleaned the area. He did not leave any type of mess. Next he went through the a/c unit. After he was done, he reviewed the condition of both the furnace and a/c as well has giving written recommendations of what needed to be done. I also want to say, I purchased the deal and was not sure if they came to my area. Typically they do not service my town but was more that happy to honor the purchase. They did a great job - I wished they serviced my town.

I arrived at the property a bit late but had called the technician ahead of time to let him know the traffic was extremely slow that morning. He was at the property when I arrived. Yet I never felt I had compromised his workday in the sense that he rushed through the job. He was thoroughly professional about my late arrival. Once I let him into the apartment building, he immediately began work. He checked everything there was to check in the AC system from the filter, to the interior mechanisms to the wiring connections. He made some minor suggestions regarding the initial installation and corrections that should be made to maintain the system's life. He also showed me the condition of the air filter and reminded me of the frequency which it should be changed. As he worked, we discussed AC systems in general including duct work and duct cleaning. For a bit, we also discussed heating systems. The technician was extremely well versed and helpful. He worked diligently during the entire call. I have had Sila return to other properties for AC maintenance since this call. And have been fortunate to have the same technician.

The technician was punctual, efficient and thorough. Their motto is to not suggest any repairs unless the customer asks. I would have hope that their suggestion quotes were more itemized rather then a list of different level of service for different prices.

Saw a coupon offering for a/c winterization. Tech came and performed all tasks advertised. He went on to tell me to consider a coil for the unit and also identified the age of both the A/c and furnace. He changed the filter in the furnace and suggested considering replacing the 17 year old unit. I had just moved into this condo and appreciated getting this helpful info.

Worked with Sila Heating & Air Conditioning as part of the special furnace check coupon issued by Angies List for a 36 year old furnace. Simple and easy task that finished in 45 minutes. Tech was professional.

Sila Heating & Air Conditioning were quite satisfactory. They scheduled and came out when they said. I thought it went very smoothly and professionally. The tech who came was fine. He knew what he was doing. I had kinda of figured out the problem by myself and they confirmed that without me really leading them or anything. I thought they were pretty honest. I thought they seemed quite competent.

I purchased a group deal through Angie's List earlier this summer for a central air system tune up. The months passed and I failed to use the coupon by the date of expiration on the coupon. Frustrated that I had potentially squandered my money, I wrote an unfair review on Angie's List. The next day someone from Sila called me personally wanting to make the situation right, and on the same call, I was able to schedule the service visit later on that week. Sila came punctually at the time they said they would and professionally performed the work. They provided me with thorough detail of the work they did and suggestions on the system overall. I was very very impressed with the entire experience. Sila clearly cares very much about the quality of service provided to it's customers. I will use Sila Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.

The techician was Bobby. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Due to the rain he even put on shoe covers which I thought was very profesional. He was very thorough in his work and answered all the questions I had, mostly, because he performed a lot more standard maintenance than my previous provider. He also let me know what to lookout for with no pressure to buy now. He made recommendations I found helpful. I highly reccommend Sila. I felt comfortable with Bobby and will definitely ask for him in the future

Absolutely fantastic service. They were in the neighborhood so were able to come much earlier in the day (always good!). Quickly diagnosed the problem and did a maintenance check of the system (replaced filter, etc). Did not try to up sell me on a part I may or may not need yet, did give me a quote which was good in case we had future problems. Fair price for the work done. Nice to have the heat on!

Great. Bobby came on time, spent some time with me showing me the airconditioning units and then cleaned them.

I don't have much experience with this type of work, but I have no complaints. I knew it had been a while since someone had looked at our boiler, so when I saw the big deal, it seemed like a good idea. He cleaned inside the boiler and inspected it. He pointed out the age of the boiler and that we would probably need to replace it in the not too distant future. He also indicated a part that was corroding and recommended that it be replaced. He also offered advice on a problem we'd been having where the boiler shuts off until it's power cycled.

Company was really responsive, gave only a 2 hr window which I loved. They called to update when the technician was only 30 minutes out which was a nice touch. The technician was very communicative about what he was doing and very helpful. He serviced the heater and I was happy to find out that the radiators upstairs only needed to be bled to work again. The technician at the end asked if I had any feedback on what they could have done better (which I did not). They are a really great company.

The orginal cost was to be $189 but my wife had a coupon. I presented the coupon at the time of service and it was honored - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! They came on time, serviced the unit, and accepted the coupon to lower my cost. Next time I won't bother with an Angies list special. I'll just call Sila when I have a coupon!!

It went very well. On the first call, the person who did the assessment and some repairs was totally professional and conscientious about explaining everything to me. On the second call, he was accompanied by another worker, and they both did exactly what they said they would do. My HVAC has functioned perfectly since then. Along the way, they also fixed an annoying running toilet, and in general did their best to be helpful. I would definitely hire them again, even though they are not my usual plumbing firm.

Two technicians arrived 15 minutes early to clean and service my boiler under an Angie's List promotional coupon. They were very professional and thorough. They were done in 30 minutes.

Just spoke to this company - they charge $89 just to check out the problem, then $180/hour for their "superior service."
