Excellent!Read reviews on Angie’s List with over 4400 of them and had an A rating.Got back to me right away.Heating system was 40 years old.and not working properly or safely.Told me what was needed,but was not pushy to use there company.I really liked how honest they were and even said that there company was not the cheapest,but that they install it properly not cutting corners on the work and materials that they use.I had set up a time and they came when they said they would.I had 4 guys start the installation and 2 on the second day.The men explained everything so I could understand.The crew consisted of Nick and Cody who were there on both days,and Graham and Dennis were also involved.They redid the exhaust system so it would go out from the side of my house instead of the chimney.Put in a wired carbon monoxide detector over the boiler for safety issues and labeled all my pipes.When using gas you want to be extra protective and they definitely were.Also,offered financing until I had Masssave come done.My husband and I were very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.Was not anticipating having the whole system done,but it was the best experience we have had with a company.

In the past no plumber could get this sink unclogged permanently. Sila brought out a machine and was able to get the sink unclogged. I haven't had a problem since then. He also fixed my kitchen faucet, as a bonus. He was clean, thorough, and professional. I would use them again and recommend their service. For the work he did, the price was right and I received a discount.

Sila is a first class company. This have nailed it on all fronts. Andrew and Wes in customer service are fantastic. Always keeping me up to date, always available when I needed to talk with them. They record everything in their system, so everybody knows what's going on. The technicians are excellent. Tony came by today, and he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a no-brainer to work with Sila.

I purchased an A/C tune-up deal through Angie's List. Sila called me the next day to make the appointment. The technician arrived on time, was very professional (he even covered his shoes with booties whenever he came into the house) and explained everything as he went along. Everything checked out okay; he said the A/C should be good to go for this cooling season. He left a report showing all of the current settings, to use as a baseline for future tune-ups.

Went great. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

Sila is professional and responsive, however I repeatedly had to ask the technician to insulate the outside lines between the AC unit and the house. My biggest beef with them is that they are quick to try to upsell you. They want you to buy their Lenox HVAC units, which are not necessarily the best on the market. But because they are an exclusive dealer they want you to install one so that you will depend on them for further parts and service. I did some shopping around and found that I could get a comparable furnace for much less money and without the supply chain problems that Lenox equipment suffers from. If you have lots of money to spend, want some charming service people, and don't mind waiting around in the cold while your furnace parts come in, then this is the company for you. But there are better, less expensive options out there that don't lock you in to one supplier.

After a regular tune-up of central AC, technician said a couple of parts might need to be replaced, but system was old (about 19 years) and used obsolete refrigerant, so I might consider replacement. Sila sent a project manager to review system. He spent about 45 minutes at house, taking measurements, talking to me about what I wanted, and suggesting options. They apparently deal exclusively with Lennox products. He gave me an estimate of a little over $10,000 for a new furnace, AC, and a bypass humidifier, which I hadn't had before. There was no hard sell; it felt like a professional presentation. (I got an estimate from another company. The guy spent about 15 minutes at the house, which didn't seem like enough time to consider what the house might need and what I was looking for in a major project. He sent an estimate that was a little lower, for American Standard products, but it wasn't exactly an apples-to-apples comparison. I didn't get the same professional vibe.) As I was still considering the offer from Sila and was close to deciding to use them, the project manager informed me they had an opening in the schedule for 2 days later and offered a bit of a discount if I took that date, so I accepted. The crew came at the appointed time and spent about 10 hours doing the installation. They had a professional attitude and tried to be as little disruptive as possible and cleaned up after themselves. The system has been working fine since then. The new AC is quieter than the old one and is supposed to be more energy efficient. The week after the installation they sent someone to check it out, check the refrigerant level, explain how things work, etc.

The scheduling process always goes smoothly. As with previous years, the technician arrived on time, was very polite and professional. I will use them again next year.

While the technician did a good job, there was a lot of up selling and the additional work was quoted much higher than your average HVAC or plumber. They also charge an extra fee if you buy your own parts.

Ryan was prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. FYI for this service special they will only come during weekday/day time.

Awesome! Thanks to Brian MacFarland in Boston, we have heat again! Brian was on time and VERY professional. He was describing to me his every move and fixed everything. We had a previous HCAV consultant come in and he wasn't even able to find the heating pump- Brian had no issue finding it within the first 3 minutes in our apartment. Would definitely use them again - just hopefully don't have any of these issues again.

Excellent service . The Technician John G. was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very impressed with his overall service and apparent ability. He was very informative as to what needed to be done and why. Kudo's to John G. for a job well done. His demeanor, workmanship and knowledge are noteworthy and reflects well on Sila. This is the third time I've used Sila services and although they are on the expensive side I am once again totally satisfied and impressed with their services.

Unfortunately for me he delivered the news that my elderly boiler (furnace) would cost more to fix than it was worth. This after extensive effort to get it working, analysis of what was wrong and an estimate to repair it. The fellow from Sila who subsequently provided a replacement estimate was far less helpful, offered only 1 vendor, with a far greater capacity than I needed. I ended up with a local fellow who replaced it for $3 - 4,000 less than Sila and Heritage ' s estimates. Yet he also echoed Sila's excellent reputation for repairs. The only downside was that I had to wait 5 weeks before getting the appointment. My fault for waiting until late October to call...

Did a great job, emergency service came out to help late in the evening. The only problem was the tech replaced an electrical component and wired it back incorrectly. The furnace then ran indefinitely and my house heated up to over 80 deg. However, when I called back they came back out the next day and repaired without question free of charge. The techs and admin staff were helpful and reasonable. Would recommend!

Shouldn’t replace parts told to replace furnace. It is old.

We didn’t connect each other to complete this prepaid purchase. Couple of attempts were made through Angie’s representative to reconnect with them after the deal expired but no one from this vendor responded. The fact here is I paid for a work and the vendor hasn’t done a work. I am still available by email or Angie’s messaging function in the web if this vendor wants to rectify the issue. I am sorry I have give bad grades because of incompletion of the job.
