That went fine. There were no extra charges. I would use them again.

The crew came in on Tuesday and were done by Friday. Both the installers were very skilled, very friendly and professional. They started in the attic and worked their way down and I have to say you never would have known they performed the work that they did. They left no evidence of their and they were able to build out the duct work I was working form home that week and you never would have known there was work of this scale being done. They were quiet and very clean (they did leave some sort of debris in one of the bedroom floors however but I swept it up in no time). They were also able to build out the duct work without taking away any space from any closets which I potentially feared would be the case. Steve, the salesperson, was on site every morning to check in with me and the guys to make sure everything was going smoothly. The final step in the install is the technician who comes and checks the system to make sure everything is running as it should. He took his time and checked things thoroughly and explained how to work and program the thermostats. My house is an old brick colonial that presented some challenges for the installers but they were able to work with what they had and did a truly great job. The project was expensive but worth it. I have no regrets and will use Sila for all my HVAC needs.

tech was on time and very professional. He identified a problem and corrected, but let me know to watch out in the future to avoid larger problems.

They were on time, and did a good job and with the tune up and inspection.

They service guys arrived later than scheduled but had been in contact with me about the delay. They checked out both A/C units and determined they were low on Freon. They provided an estimate to repair as well as to replace the units as they are both roughly 20 years old. I was somewhat taken back at the repair estimate. The charge to vacate and recharge the units was about $600 per unit just for the Freon which was much higher than I had anticipated. They explained that the cost of the R12 Freon is sky high now. I have not had the work done yet and plan to get more estimates.

The service was very good. They were very polite and the work was efficiently done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I just paid the $49 for the Big Deal as was expected. The price was appropriate. They were very professional.

Over-all the services call went well. He checked the air handler, condensing unit and Freon. He said the system was over-charged with Freon and took some out. He said the system was "piped wrong" and recommended some additional repairs that would cost $429.70. We had the house built 10 years ago and no less than 9 other A/C technicians looked at the same system, none concluded the system was piped wrong. What does it mean? I don't know. It could be that Sila is better than the other 9 techs put together. That was my experience, I'll leave it up to people to draw their own conclusions.

The technician, Bobby, arrived on time. Spent about 1hr and 20 minutes on site. He made adjustments to the support system for the evaporator unit in the attic to improve the draining of water condensate. He was quite knowlegeable and did not mind my looking over his shoulder while he serviced the unit. He explained what he was doing and why. On the outside he tested the supply line and return line pressure and told me what I could do to improve system performance. He also recommended where I could get line insulation to replace the deteriorated insulation on the lines running to the compressor and back from the condenser coils. Bobby was personable, proficient and experienced.

It went well. Provider was pricey for services performed, however did a good job and showed me what he did. Wore shoe covers in house on my white carpet which I appreciated.

It was great! He arrived at the exact time and started working promptly. He communicated well and also did additional diagnostics on our system. He confirmed for us that our system needed to be replaced, which was very helpful information to know in April. I would definitely use them again!

The design and fabrication of the syetem was excelent, and very happy with the installation was top notch. I love the smart phone app that can control my heating system from anywhere.

They found a clear problem, gave me an estimate. We liked their professionalism so much that we purchased a year maintenance on both of our furnaces. Sila Heating came back a week later (when our part came in and we were able schedule a time to have the work done) and completed the job. What an incredible company. The guys were very professional and very nice.

This is the second time we have used them and they were professional and provided a complete service. They made us aware of issues that had to be fixed as well as what other things may need replacing in the future (so we could plan). The service technition was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service.

The provider rescheduled my original appointment, but arrived on time for the rescheduled appointment. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and completed a thorough and complete inspection of the entire system. He explained the work to be completed and recommended follow-up service items. Overall, I am extremely happy with this service provider and will not hesitate to use them again!

Sila rescheduled the appointment 3 times. Their man was over an hour late to the appointment. He informed us that Sila is "not the cheapest" HVAC company and gave a ballpark estimate that was approximately 1.5 to 3 times higher than the five estimates I received from other companies. It's been about a week since the appointment, and to date Sila has not sent me an official estimate on paper.

I've used them twice but I don't think that the second time was on a deal. I liked them from this visit. We made an appointment, they came out to do the work, they did it and did it well. There wasn't an emergency thing so we found a mutually convenient time and they came. They did find some other work that needed to be done and they came back out at a later date to do that work. They were thorough, they were careful, they were nice. They suggested some things. I think they have a tiny tendency to upsell but it is not a big pressure things. Overall, I think that they are quite competent.

It was avery good experience. Excellent service, clean and neat. It means a lot when they areneat and are prepared to clean up after doing the job. i was very satisfied with them. It was a good deal for me.

I have been buying the coupons for maintenance only since 10/14/11 and the crew always showed up on time, very professional and taking their time to show me the whole process.

Service technician arrived on time as scheduled. He checked the operation of the condenser and evaporator and determined that the system was operating as it should. He should have but didn't use a thermometer to check the temperature of the air output at any of the room registers. I didn't think of it at the time or I would have asked him to do so.

They're a definite thumbs down. When I turned on my air-conditioner it wouldn't get cold. The reason being is it didn't have enough fan and Sila Heating & Air Conditioning were suppose to replace that one when they came out. They said, "Well when it's cold it's sometimes hard to tell". They charged me to come back out to put fan in when they should have done it in the spring time and they put stickers all over my equipment without asking them. I would never ever use them ever again.

I was very happy with the work done. The workman was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and neat and clean. There was no mess left around the house, inside or out.

It was great. The technician was amazing and reminded us of the importance of changing the air filters - then left an extra one for us so we wouldn't have an excuse to forget.
