Jared and his colleague quickly diagnosed the problem with our shower faucet. The cartridge that regulates the hot water was old and did not allow any hot water to flow in the shower. Jared replaced the cartridge, tested the hot water, asked me to confirm that the temperature was to my liking, and cleaned up after the job. Well done!

Spent a lot of time trying to repair outdoor shower pipes. Ended up going with a different solution and didn't charge me for the initial time they spent on trying to repair the original older pipes even though they worked hard on it.

After a frustrating experience with another previously used plumbing contractor, we checked out HomeAdvisor and found Jared's Plumbing and Heating. I wish we had discovered them a long time ago. Upon putting a call in to Jared's, I had a call back within an hour and we agreed on a time for him to assess the job. He and his partner showed up on time, we discussed options and he gave me his estimate and time he would be back to do the installation. The job was done on time and for less than the estimate. I appreciate his honesty and will be calling him for any future work needed. Very reasonable rates and a true professional. He even called back last week to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Being a seasonal resident, it is comforting to know a person like Jared, who will work with us to find the best and most affordable solution. I highly recommend Jared's Plumbing & Heating. I would give 10 stars if it was possible.

On a Friday afternoon on a hot Cape Cod day, Jared and his colleague came VERY promptly and diagnosed the problem and fixed it ! He is my #1 plumber for ever!

Prompt, professional and reasonable cost for service

He came on A Sunday during a holiday week end. He did charge me time and half. This was a vacation home and we are not down here all the time. He initially told me he responded to emergency calls only on week end but he came by on his way back from another job.
