Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC

We hired Dmitry and his company Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod last summer 2023 for a fairly large house renovation project including roof, siding, all windows replacement including architectural remodeling, and high-end deck rebuilding. We found Dmitry’s company via CertainTeed suggested as certified roof installers, as we wanted to install high-end CertainTeed's Grand Manor shingles with multiple skylights and all copper valleys, drip edge and gutters. We also decided to install James Hardy siding which requires certification for correct installation. Dmitry provided very detailed quote, after several meeting with us (6 times), until we discussed every detail including what type of nail will be used to install siding, or copper parts on the roof. I’m not easy person to work as I get to every nuance such as metal incompatibility I.e. copper and aluminum etc. Before I hired Dmitry, I met with 7 different contractors, to discuss the details of the project, architectural redesign, building new 5 levels IPE deck with modern stainless steel handrails, rebuilding new bow huge triple panel windows and transom Marvin windows including lvl support and all copper work. Out of 6 contractors, four didn’t understand the level and details I was asking for my project. Another contractor quoted me for the price equivalent to build a new house, however only Dmitry understood what I really requesting to every detail, he was transparent and honest, and no one couldn’t get close to his quoted price. We signed an agreement and Dmitry started the project. Around 3-5 crews worked simultaneously for 4 months, very very skilled and professional people working with Dmitry for very long time coming every morning at 8am. Dmitry was tolerant and followed my new requests and additions which appeared during the project. I really cannot find anything negative I experienced during the renovation. Just had our entire roof replaced with minor repairs by Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. They responded quickly to our request for an evaluation and proposal. They presented a complete report with a proposal and good explanations. The price seemed reasonable (We did get 2 other proposals.) Work was started almost immediately and completed on time. Clean up was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience. We highly recommend them for any roof job

The job was perfect. The guys showed up on time, worked around existing contractors, the installer worked steadily throughout the day, cleaned everything, and finished in one day. I had a few last-minute changes that I discussed with Dmitry, he was able to accommodate immediately. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod have worked on my house multiple times over the last 7 years. They have replaced windows, built an addition, installed multi-stage complex trim, re-shingled the entire house, replaced the roof, and performed many small repairs. They are always professional, courteous, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. They are very reasonably priced considering the level of professionalism and the quality of their work. They are always my first call for any issues and my first recommendation to anyone needing carpentry services.

It went well and was fairly quick! The roof looks great and they fixed up some unexpected rotting with the siding since the dogs destroyed it and the rain guard stopped working due to being installed incorrectly by the guys my mom hired previously. I would recommend them to all, thank you folks!

Very well from start to finish. Scott the salesman came right out to the house. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He got right back to me with a detailed professional quote. The price was right in the ballpark of what I was thinking, I didn’t even feel it was necessary to get anymore quotes. Mary, the office administrator, was equally friendly, professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and was efficient towards my concerns. As mentioned, an excellent experience all around. Scott, Mary and their crew were fantastic! They came in early one morning and worked hard through the day and were gone before the 2nd day was over. Very easy to work with. We got a good price and they were flexible in coordinating with the company removing and reinstalling our solar panels. End product looks great. Good job cleaning up, too.

From the start, it was a hassle. We set an appointment and then they cancelled, pushing it out by another week. They have come by to “look” at our house 3 times in almost 2 months and STILL have NOT given us a quote. We own a raised ranch...by no means is it a huge undertaking of a house. I realize businesses get busy but this is a next level blow off. I guess they just don’t need our business. Look elsewhere unless you want to wait half a year just to get a quote and you might not even get it then. It’s too bad because their initial response to our request for a quote was fast. It just fell apart once the actual effort was needed to put the quote together. At this point I really have ZERO confidence in them doing any work to our house. If they can’t manage a quote, imagine the issues replacing siding and windows could cause.

Awesome. Took 2-1/2 days. You wouldn't even know they were there except for the new roof. They cleaned up completely during and after job was complete. This is the second time I hired them. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted several siding companies, soliciting bids for a full residing of our cottage, and found several to be very responsive. Pricing varied, but was generally in realistic ranges of each other, and start times were realistically within a matter of several weeks or a month. Ultimately, I selected Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. Their pricing was lower than a couple, and a bit higher than one, but ultimately, it was the level of attention they gave me during the estimation process, outlining all options (no pressure to do anything beyond what I had requested), and providing detailed estimates that were understandable and allowed for picking and choosing options. When the project got underway, the crew was friendly, professional, and (most importantly), did extremely high quality work. They accommodated the needs of a carpenter concurrently on site, and completed the job quickly and to the highest standard. A few loose ends I noticed at completion were quickly completed without question. Highly recommend. In a business that is highly saturated on Cape Cod, it's easy to find reasons NOT to go with one company or another. The truest test is when the job is complete. If you're happy with the work, pricing, and how you (the customer) was treated throughout...you made the right choice. I know I did.

It went very well. Dmitry and I were communicating through emails and texting. He always responded to our questions and did it so nicely. He is professional and a true gentleman. The work performed by his crew is excellent and the cleanup was done thoroughly. All my flowers and trees are unharmed. Same day visit when I called to inquire about an estimate. All interactions were responded to promptly. The staff were on time and worked hard all day and finished the job before estimated finish date. Would recommend and use them again. The house looks great.

Dmitry and his staff did a great job on two different projects. As head of the company, he is thoroughly reliable - he returns calls and emails, shows up when he says he will and does what he promises. The staff are polite and neat. I highly recommend these guys.

I'm extraordinarily enthusiastic with the quality of work they did. I priced out four companies to do the work. What we've seen thus far is of superb quality. They listened to my questions carefully about the contract, they were responsive, and I thought they handled my husband and I very well. They estimated the time it would take for the roof and gutters and were absolutely accurate.

The service was extraordinary. They took took what everybody else was saying will take two days but they did it in just a day. Over all, we were satisfied with the service.

I was right ! Job well done. Team worked on schedule (8 to 4) and where well organized (3 to 5 at a time) completing the job in 6 days. Shingles where installed row by row in perfect lines resulting in a perfect and hansom new house ! I would highly recommend !

After researching and meeting with 4 roofers, I found Roofing & Siding of Cape Cod most reliable and is very knowledgeable. Dzmitry answered all of my questions as well as educated me on the various types of roofing. The quote he provided was very reasonable and not sky high like from some "well-known roofers". His team was quick, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up our property after each day!.. which was very important to me since we have children who like to play on the lawn. Even the roof was done in 2 days. You may get a cheaper estimate somewhere else... but if you want the job done right and professionally, then call Roofing & Siding of Cape Cod. They did such a great job on our house, I want to tell everyone! They gave us a timeline and stuck to it, they are honest and reliable, and the quality of their work is outstanding! Definitely recommended. P.S. The job was done back in spring. Sorry for writing the review so late.

The owner came and inspected the roof where the leak was. He suggested that I do more than some of the other contractors, but covered all possibilities of where the water was leaking in. His crew came and performed the work. The shingles are not an exact match but they are pretty close to the original. The owner and crew were polite, professional and got right to completing the task at hand. The yard, and gutters were left clean. There was no damage to the plants next to the house. So far no leaks. I would hire Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod again. There is something to say about having a contractor that you believe is honest and will stand behind his work.

Dmitry was hired by my builder to replace and install the CertainTeed fiber cement shapes siding on my house being built. The siding had already been installed incorrectly on two sides of the house by someone else. Dmitry installed the siding on the east and south sides of the house and then had to replace all of the incorrectly installed siding on the west and north sides. He did the job perfectly and followed all of the manufacturer's installation instructions to the letter. I became very familiar with the instructions when I had to convince my builder that the first sider was installing it incorrectly. The installation of the siding, if the manufacturer's instructions are followed, is very time consuming and detail-oriented. Dmitry did not rush the job at all. He did a quality job and the siding looks beautiful. He is a meticulous craftsman and takes great pride in what he does. I cannot say enough good things about him. The siding was completed in the spring of 2011. Several months ago my husband and I noticed that a crack had developed in one of the shingles in the first course on the east side of the house. A few days ago I noticed that the shingle had fallen off. I called Dmitry directly instead of going through my builder and he came over that same day. He was able to caulk and glue the piece that had fallen off back into place. He refused to charge me anything for the repair even though it was not his fault. I would not hesitate to use Dmitry again and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done. He is like the craftsmen of old that are almost impossible to find now.
