VICTORY MANAGEMENT

Called in April and took over a month to fix the spinner that was screeching. Started again and I called over a week ago for same issue and never received a call back to say when it would be fixed. Received call from girl in the office who said work was done on Sunday-a week later and owner was surprised I could still hear sound. Owner responded after an email sent from a trustee to remove or replace spinner. I said it we could still hear noise. And why weren't we notified when it would be fixed and also that it was done on a Sunday when they usually don't fix things unless emergency. Then called by owner, Victor, who would not let me finish what I was saying to which I said if he continued I would hang up. He hung up on me. This is a property management company that the owners in this building have had a very difficult time with as far as getting repairs, not getting financial reports, doesn't visit the property weekly to check on the building for repairs, requests for repairs are not answered or performs on small things as well as large things, they are involved now with a huge assessment for windows and sliding doors for the building and did not provide any additional quotes for work to be done, any alternatives for work to be done and now a loan to get work done that is unattainable for most owners to handle. They submitted a 10% increase to their fees! Several ownes are now looking at what needs to be done to cancel their contract. This company is rude, unprofessional, unresponsive and owners are concerned about the financial well-being of our building since they have been installed as the property management company. Please do not hire this company under any circumstances to handle your condominium or building property management. You'll be very sorry you did.
