Whatever you do, stay away from these guys. They are completely incompetent: 1) They failed to install a drain line, causing a flood. 2) They failed to properly secure another drain line, causing a flood. 3) They cross-wired the controllers of two mini-splits. They misdiagnosed the problem and then gave up. 4) They drilled several of the vent covers directly into the dry wall. The vents fell out. 5) After discovering a beam impeded their plan for the first floor, they gave up. 6) They failed to secure the compressor to the pad or to anything else. 7) After coolant leaked from the system, they failed to respond to requests to replace it. Another contractor fixed the problem and called their work “shoddy”. 8) Their demeanor is unprofessional. They charge ahead without thinking. One’s favorite expression is “I’m a doer.” A little more thinking before doing would help. Of the nine or so service provides we have used during a renovation, they were by far the worst. In no other case, did I even consider writing a letter like this one. Really, stay away.
