Description of Work: Sean and his team did a phenomnal job. We had a large piece of our yard that was heavily sloped hill and he was the first to come with a practical and cost effective plan that met our goals. His team was excellent, and went above and beyond what they said they would do. They not only leveled our yard (which involved unearthing many large boulders), but they placed these in an aesthetic way as a retaining wall. They also found a home on our property for the displaced dirt and didn't just 'dump' it there, but made it blend with the landscape in a very useful and aesthic way! They also were very flexible in delivering additional loam so they could help spread it while they had the excavactor. Last, his team was very friendly and flexible and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Sean for any type of excavating job.

Description of Work: Sean Farrell Excav. Company dug up our water pipe and replaced it with a new one. They provided us with a written estimate and once they checked with the Town of Brookline and realized the work could be more expensive, he consulted with us before the started the work. I called 4 companies and received estimates from 3 before I selected this company. They weren't the cheapest but when I spoke to them I felt like they were very knowledgeable and had done this type of work many times before, so could handle whatever they found under the ground. They were done in 1 day when other companies told us 2-3 days. We also were only without water for a few hours. I'd recommend them to anyone needing excavation work done on their property.
