We hired Luxe to put in a new hardwood floor in an in-law apt we are building. Max is very professional from the estimate through completion of the work. The communication was always extremely clear, materials were delivered on time and the work was completed with professionalism and efficiency. Their work is superb and prices are reasonable. We hired Luxe to refinish and install new hardwood flooring in our Back Bay brownstone, and the results were amazing. Max was fantastic. We hired him to refinish floors in our single family home, and they look so delicious you'd want to savor them with a spoon. He was the most knowledgeable of the 3 pros we quoted, he provided information we didn't even know we should ask for, and explained what would happen if we choose X over Y, Then he communicated with us every step of the way, so we knew what's going on each day. Not only that, after the work was done, he came a day later, just to check everything is OK. And then he noticed an electrician that was working on the house that day left footprints in the newly refinished floor before it dried! Max texted me right away, with picture, and told me how he's going to fix it. Within an hour all was fixed, I got a new picture of that part of the floor with clear instructions when it's safe to walk on that little strip of a hallway. We're really impressed by the professionalism, by the communication style, and by the gorgeous hardwoods we now have in our home,

I recently had my floor replaced and I hired Luxe Floors . Max was so prompt when he came to give me an estimate. It was the best decision that we made when we decided to hire him/ Luxe. Max and his team consistently provided excellent service. They were courteous, knowledgeable, honest and immaculate. The floor supplier created some challenges regarding delivery, however Max stayed on top of the situation daily and kept us informed and offered solutions. He alleviated any concern that we had...what a feeling of relief. Ultimately, the floor looked fabulous, delivered on time and on budget. I will highly recommend Max to anyone I know needing flooring. He was a pleasure to work with an the ultimate professional!

Had one large bedroom refinished. The floor had deep scratches, some stains, and sun exposure damage. WOW - Max brought this wood back to life. To say it looks amazing is downplaying the result. More thrilled with the final product than I expected!

Max and his team were superb. Max gave great advice during the planning phase of our project. He was great at communicating with us throughout the project. We ended up deciding to install hardwood floors in one area and refinish our existing hardwood floors in another area of our house. Max and his team did such a beautiful job of matching the two different flooring and making it look as if they were the same. Max has great integrity, he gave us exactly what he promised for the price that he quoted at the time he scheduled us for within the timeframe he committed to us. Also worth noting that his price was very reasonable, we had a different quote from someone else that was more than 2x of Max's quoted and completed costs. And to top it off the quality was perfect and they cleaned up after the job was done! We would HIGHLY recommend Max and his team to anyone that is looking for hardwood floor installation or refinishing.

Max replaced the flooring in a portion of my apartment in downtown Boston. The original floors were very old and the subfloor had deteriorated, but Max and his team did a fantastic job and made sure everything was seamless and level.
